"Penggunaan teknologi dalam pelayanan publik merupakan langkah krusial untuk\r\nmeningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada\r\nmasyarakat. Pemerintah menghadapi kendala dalam menerapkan e-government\r\nterutama terkait penerimaan teknologi baru oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan\r\nuntuk memperoleh tingkat persepsi penerimaan pengguna dalam penggunaan Taspen\r\nOne-hour Online Service (TOOS) di PT Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar\r\nLampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data\r\ndeskriptif. Responden yang ditentukan merupakan peserta aktif dan pensiun PT\r\nTaspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar Lampung yang tidak menggunakan TOOS\r\ndengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori penerimaan\r\nteknologi yang dikembangkan oleh Davis (1989) yaitu Technology Acceptance\r\nModel (TAM) yang menyatakan adopsi teknologi dipengaruhi 2 indikator yaitu\r\npersepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan\r\nbahwa tingkat persepsi penerimaan pengguna terhadap TOOS adalah cukup diterima\r\ndengan persentase sebesar 53%. Indikator persepsi kegunaan TOOS memperoleh\r\nnilai 70%, yang dikategorikan tinggi, menunjukkan bahwa TOOS mempercepat dan\r\nbermanfaat dalam pelayanan klaim pensiun. The government faces\r\nobstacles in implementing it e-government especially regarding the acceptance of\r\nnew technology by users. This research aims to obtain the level of perception of user\r\nacceptance in using Taspen One-hour Online Service (TOOS) at PT Taspen\r\n(Persero) Bandar Lampung Branch Office. This research uses quantitative methods\r\nwith descriptive data analysis techniques. The respondents determined were active\r\nand retired participants of PT Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung Branch Office who\r\ndid not use TOOS with a sample size of 100 people. This research uses the technology\r\nacceptance theory developed by Davis (1989), namely Technology Acceptance\r\nModel (TAM) which states that technology adoption is influenced by 2 indicators,\r\nnamely perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The research results show\r\nthat the level of user acceptance of TOOS is quite acceptable with a percentage of\r\n53%. The TOOS perceived usefulness indicator obtained a score of 70%, which is\r\ncategorized as high, indicating that TOOS speeds up and is useful in serving pension\r\nclaims. Furthermore, the TOOS perceived ease of use indicator only obtained a score\r\nof 40%, which is categorized as low, indicating that users find TOOS still difficult to\r\nuse.
