abstract: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta
didik kelas IV sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan
e-media powerpoint interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPAS terhadap kemampuan
berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas IV di SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. Metode dalam
penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian non-equivalent
control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas
IV SD yang berjumlah 58 peserta didik dan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik
non probability sampling berupa sampling jenuh yang dimana semua anggota
populasi menjadi sampel dengan jumlah 58 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan teknik tes dan teknik nontes dan analisis data menggunakan uji t.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada media
pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPAS terhadap kemampuan
berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur tahun ajaran
2023/2024.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN E-MEDIA IN NATURAL AND SOCIAL
SCIENCE SUBJECTS ON THE CRITICAL THINKING STUDENT CLASS

The problem in this research is the low critical thinking skills of fourth grade
elementary school students. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship
between interactive e-media powerpoint in science and science subjects and the
critical thinking skills of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. The
method in this research is quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent
control group design. The population in this study was all students of fourth grade

elementary school, totaling 58 students and the sample was determined using a non-
probability sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling in which all

members of the population were sampled with a total of 58 students. Data collection
techniques use test techniques and non-test techniques and data analysis uses the t
test. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between
interactive powerpoint learning media in science and science subjects and the
critical thinking skills of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur in the
2023/2024 academic year.
