N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberdayaan petani,
produktivitas usahatani padi sawah, tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani,
faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keberdayaan petani, faktor-faktor
yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas usahatani, dan pengaruh produktivitas
terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani padi sawah di WKPP
Kecamatan Trimurjo, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan pada
Maret ? Juni 2023 menggunakan metode survei dengan sampel 98 orang petani padi
sawah di Kecamatan Trimurjo, yang ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Data
dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis jalur (path analysis), dan
regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberdayaan
petani dalam kategori tinggi (berdasarkan beberapa indikator yang sudah
dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh petani seperti pengadaan sarana produksi, proses
produksi, hasil produksi/output, pemasaran hasil produksi, penggunaan teknologi
baru dan akses informasi), produktivitas usahatani memiliki rata-rata 5,43
ton/ha/musim tanam, dan tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani berada dalam
kategori hidup layak dengan rata-rata pengeluaran rumah tangga sebesar
Rp18.330.000,00 atau setara dengan 1.410 kg beras/kapita/tahun. Faktor-faktor
yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keberdayaan petani adalah tingkat pendidikan
formal petani, luas lahan garapan petani, dan intensitas penyuluhan yang diikuti
oleh petani. Faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas
usahatani padi sawah adalah luas lahan garapan petani dan tingkat keberdayaan
petani. Produktivitas usatahani padi sawah berpengaruh terhadap tingkat
kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani padi sawah.

This research aims to determine the level of farmer empowerment, productivity of
rice farming, the level of welfare of farmers? household, factors that influence the
level of farmer empowerment, factors that influence farming productivity, and the
influence of productivity on the level of welfare of rice farmers? households at
WKPP Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency. The research was conducted
in March ? June 2023 using a survey method with sample size of 98 rice farmers in
Trimurjo District, which was determined purposively. Data were analyzed using
quantitative descriptive analysis, path analysis, and simple linear regression. The
results of the research show that the level of farmer empowerment is in the high
category (based on several indicators that have been implemented well by farmers
such as procurement of production facilities, production processes, production
results/output, marketing of production results, use of new technology and access
to information), farming productivity has an average of 5.43 tonnes/ha/planting
season, and the welfare level of farming households is in the decent living category
with an average household expenditure of IDR 18,330,000.00 or the equivalent of
1,410 kg of rice/capita/year. Factors that influence the level of farmer
empowerment are the farmer's level of formal education, the size of the farmer's
cultivated land, and the intensity of the extension that the farmer participates in.
Factors that significantly influence the productivity of rice farming are the area of
land cultivated by farmers and the level of farmer empowerment. The productivity
of rice farming influences the level of welfare of rice farmers? households.
