KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
%X Kota Bandar Lampung berkembang menjadi kota metropolitan yang ramai.
Dengan meningkatnya jumlah orang yang tinggal di Kota Bandar Lampung,
penggunaan kendaraan pribadi meningkat lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan
transportasi umum. Hal ini menyebabkan peningkatan tingkat kemacetan,
kecelakaan, tundaan, dan polusi udara. Untuk menghitung manfaat alternatif
pemecahan masalah transportasi, diperlukan perencanaan transportasi. Salah satu
faktor penting dalam perencanaan transportasi adalah nilai waktu. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai waktu
perjalanan masyarakat di Kota Bandar Lampung.
Data untuk analisis diperoleh dari survei yang dilakukan kepada penduduk Kota
Bandar Lampung menggunakan formulir google form. Studi ini menggunakan
analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Nilai waktu Perjalanan di Kota
Bandar Lampung dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu pendapatan,
moda/kendaraan, jumlah kendaraan (mobil), jarak, lama perjalanan, biaya
perjalanan, dan faktor pemilihan moda transportasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan
bahwa nilai waktu Kota Bandar Lampung adalah Rp 42.250,77/jam. Nilai tersebut
lebih besar dibandingkan nilai waktu di Kota Gorontalo, Ini disebabkan karena
wilayah Kota Gorontalo lebih kecil daripada Kota Bandar Lampung. Jika luas
kota lebih kecil, waktu perjalanan akan lebih singkat, tetapi jika luas kota lebih
besar, waktu perjalanan akan lebih lama. Yang mengakibatkan biaya akan
meningkat.

The city of Bandar Lampung has grown into a bustling metropolitan city. The
increase in the number of people living Bandar Lampung City caused the use of
private vehicles has increased more than public transportation. It caused the
increase levels of congestion, accidents, delays, and air pollution. To calculate
the benefits of alternative transportation problem solving, transportation planning
is required. One of the important factors in transportation planning is the value of
time. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the value of
people's travel time in Bandar Lampung City.
Data for analysis was obtained from a survey which is conducted among residents
of Bandar Lampung City using the Google form. This study uses descriptive
analysis and multiple linear regression. The value of travel time in Bandar
Lampung City is influenced by several factors, including income, mode/vehicle,
number of vehicles (cars), distance, travel time, travel costs, and transportation
mode selection factors. The analysis results show that the time value for Bandar
Lampung City is IDR 42,250.77/hour. This value is greater than the time value in
Gorontalo City. This is because the area of Gorontalo City is smaller than Bandar
Lampung City. If the city area is smaller, the travel time will be shorter, but if the
city area is larger, the travel time will be longer which results the costs will be
increasing.
