"Shopee menjadi e-commerce yang sering digunakan oleh konsumen saat\r\nberbelanja secara online. Sebagai e-commerce, Shopee masih memiliki\r\npermasalahan pada service dan risk. E-service quality dan perceived risk pada\r\ntransaksi yang dilakukan pengguna Shopee dapat menimbulkan customer trust\r\nsehingga dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam repurchase intention.\r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality dan\r\nperceived risk terhadap repurchase intention yang dimediasi oleh customer trust\r\npada pengguna e-commerce Shopee. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan\r\nmetode penyebaran kuesioner secara online dengan teknik purposive sampling.\r\nSampel penelitian berjumlah 264 responden dengan karakteristik minimal berusia\r\n17 tahun yang mengetahui dan pernah berbelanja di Shopee. analisis data\r\nmenggunakan SEM dengan bantuan software LISREL (Linear Structural Relation).\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan dari tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan dan semua\r\nhipotesis diterima. E-service quality terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap\r\ncustomer trust dan repurchase intention serta e-service quality juga memiliki\r\npengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap repurchase intention yang\r\ndimediasi oleh customer trust. Percived risk memiliki pengaruh negatif secara\r\nlangsung terhadap customer trust dan repurchase intention. Selain itu, perceived\r\nrisk juga memiliki pengaruh negative secara tidak langsung terhadap repurchase\r\nintention. Customer trust terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap repurchase\r\nintention yang artinya semakin besar customer trust terhadap Shopee maka dapat\r\nmeningkatkan repurchase intention.\r\n\r\nKata Kunci: Shopee, E-Commerce, E-Service Quality, Perceived Risk, Customer\r\nTrust, Repurchase Intention\r\n\r\nShopee is an e-commerce that is often used by consumers when shopping\r\nonline. As e-commerce, Shopee still has problems with service and risk. E-service\r\nquality and perceived risk in transactions made by Shopee users can generate\r\ncustomer trust so that it can be taken into consideration in repurchase intention.\r\nThis research aims to determine the influence of e-service quality and\r\n\r\nperceived risk on repurchase intention mediated by customer trust in Shopee e-\r\ncommerce users. Data collection was carried out using the online questionnaire\r\n\r\ndistribution method with purposive sampling technique. The research sample\r\nconsisted of 264 respondents with characteristics of at least 17 years of age who\r\nknew and had shopped at Shopee. data analysis using SEM with the help of LISREL\r\n(Linear Structural Relation) software.\r\nThe research results show that seven hypotheses were proposed and all\r\nhypotheses were accepted. E-service quality is proven to have a positive influence\r\non customer trust and repurchase intention and e-service quality also has an\r\nindirect positive influence on repurchase intention which is mediated by customer\r\ntrust. Perceived risk has a direct negative influence on customer trust and\r\nrepurchase intention. Apart from that, perceived risk also has an indirect negative\r\ninfluence on repurchase intention.
