ALOKASI KHUSUS TERHADAP PDRB DI KABUPATEN PESISIR BARAT

%X Desentralisasi kebijakan memberikan peluang besar bagi daerah untuk
memperbaiki kondisi keuangan. Upaya peningkatan pendapatan daerah dengan
memperhatikan pembangunan perekonomian daerah, salah satunya Pendapatan
Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK)
serta pendapatan lain yang sah merupakan sumber pendapatan lain yang diyakini
untuk mendorong pemerintah meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kebutuhan
masyarakat khususnya wilayah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini bersifat
deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan data sekunder Kabupaten Pesisir Barat sebagai daerah
observasi penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan data triwulan 1 sampai dengan 4
selama 9 tahun time series dari periode tahun 2014 : Triwulan 1
? 2023 : Triwulan 4. Data berbentuk time series sehingga metodologi yang
digunakan adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan Model Koreksi Kesalahan
(ECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan pada hubungan jangka panjang dan tidak berpengaruh pada
hubungan jangka pendek terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Dana
Bagi Hasil (DBH) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan jangka
panjang dan pendek terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Dana
Alokasi Khusus (DAK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan
jangka panjang dan pendek terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB).

Policy decentralization provides a great opportunity for regions to improve financial
conditions. Efforts to increase regional income by paying attention to regional
economic development, one of which is Regional Original Income (PAD), Revenue
Sharing Fund (DBH), Special Allocation (DAK) and Regional Expenditure (BM)
as well as other legitimate income is another source of income that is believed to
encourage the government to increase economic growth and the needs of the
community, especially the West Pesisir Regency area. This research is descriptive
quantitative, with secondary data from West Pesisir Regency as the research
observation area. The research was conducted with quarterly data 1 to 4 for 9 years
time series from the period 2014: Quarter 1 - 2023: The data is in the form of time
series so the methodology used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and Error
Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that Regional Original Revenue
(PAD) had a positive and significant effect on the long-term relationship and had
no effect on the short-term relationship on Gross Regional Domestic Product
(GRDP). Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) has a positive and significant effect on the
long-term and short-term relationship to Gross Regional Domestic Product
(GRDP), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has a positive and significant effect on
the long-term and short-term relationship to Gross Regional Domestic Product
(GRDP).
