(IPDMIP) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS PADI
DI DESA KERTA SANA KECAMATAN KEDONDONG

KABUPATEN PESAWARAN
%X Irigasi merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga produksi padi. Salah satu upaya
pemerintah dalam mengoptimalisasi fungsi irigasi yaitu dilaksanakannya program
IPDMIP. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat
partisipasi petani padi, tingkat produktivitas padi, dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang
berhubungan dengan partisipasi petani dalam program IPDMIP serta hubungan
antara partisipasi petani terhadap tingkat produktivitas. Pengambilan data
dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2023 pada responden 55 orang petani di Desa
Kerta Sana Kecamatan Kedondong Kabupaten Pesawaran. Metode penelitian
menggunakan studi kasus dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan partisipasi petani Desa Kerta Sana dalam program IPDMIP
termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Tingkat produktivitas padi di Desa Kerta Sana
pada penelitian ini termasuk dalam klasifikasi sedang. Faktor-faktor yang
berhubungan dengan tingkat partisipasi petani di Desa Kerta Sana yaitu
pendidikan formal, lama berusahatani, motivasi, dan sifat kosmopolitan.
Partisipasi petani terhadap program IPDMIP berhubungan nyata dengan tingkat
produktivitas padi.

Irrigation is an important factor in maintaining rice production. One of
government's efforts to optimize irrigation functions include the implementation of
the IPDMIP program. This research aims of finding out the level of rice farmers?
participation, the level of rice productivity, and factors related to farmers?
participation in the IPDMIP program as well as the relationship between
farmers? participation and productivity levels. Data collection was carried out in
July-August 2023 on 55 farmer respondents in Kerta Sana Village, Kedondong
District, Pesawaran Regency. The research method uses a case study and a
quantitative approach. The results of this research show that the participation of
Kerta Sana Village farmers? in the IPDMIP program is included in the medium
category. The level of rice productivity in Kerta Sana Village in this study was
classified as medium. Factors related to the level of farmers? participation are
formal education, years of farming, motivation, and cosmopolitan nature. Farmer
participation in the IPDMIP program is significantly related to the level of rice
productivity
