%X Tugas akhir ini berjudul ?Pengelolaan Arsip Sebagai Sumber Informasi di Dinas
Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Lampung?. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai
dalam penulisan ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penanganan arsip kacau di Dinas
Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Lampung. Penulisan ini tugas akhir ini
didukung dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data
dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil
dari penulisan menunjukan bahwa penanganan arsip kacau di Dinas Peternakan dan
Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Lampung dilakukan dengan cara rekonstruksi arsip.
Rekonstruksi arsip dilaksanakan untuk mengembalikan penataan arsip sesuai dengan
penataan aslinya dan mengatur susunan arsip dalam setiap file, susunan dalam setiap
series dan pengurutan series arsip yang satu dengan arsip yang lain. Rekonstruksi arsip
dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan dan berpedoman pada Peraturan Kepala Arsip
Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pedoman Pemeliharaan Arsip
Dinamis.

This final project is entitled "Management of Archives as a Source of Information at
the Livestock and Animal Health Service Office of Lampung Province". The objective
to be achieved in this writing is to find out how the handling of chaotic archives in the
Livestock and Animal Health Service Office of Lampung Province. The writing of this
final project is supported by using qualitative research methods. Data collection
techniques in this final project were carried out by observation, interview, and
documentation. The results of the writing show that the handling of chaotic archives in
the Livestock and Animal Health Service Office of Lampung Province is carried out
by means of archive reconstruction. Archive reconstruction is carried out to restore the
arrangement of archives in accordance with the original arrangement and organize the
arrangement of archives in each file, the arrangement in each series and the sequencing
of one archive series with another archive. Archive reconstruction is carried out in
several stages and is guided by the Regulation of the Head of the Archives of the
Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for the Maintenance
of Dynamic Archives.
