%T PERBANDINGAN TINGKAT KORUPSI DAN PENERAPAN E-GOVERNMENT BERDASARKAN OPINI LAPORAN KEUANGAN PADA PEMERINTAH DAERAH DI INDONESIA
%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan tingkat korupsi dan penerapan egovernment antara pemerintah daerah yang mendapatkan opini WTP dengan opini selain WTP (WDP, tidak wajar, tidak menyatakan pendapat) selama periode 2021-2023. Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh pada seluruh pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif menggunakan uji beda mann whitney u test. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa tingkat korupsi pemerintah daerah yang memiliki opini WTP lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan pemerintah daerah yang memiliki opini selain WTP. Serta penilaian penerapan e-government yang lebih tinggi pada pemerintah daerah yang memiliki opini WTP jika dibandingkan pemerintah daerah yang mendapatkan opini selain WTP.

This research aims to examine differences in the level of corruption and implementation of e-government between local governments that received WTP opinions and opinions other than WTP (WDP, unreasonable, did not express an opinion) during the 2021-2023 period. The sample in this study was selected using a saturated sampling technique for all district/city local governments in Indonesia. The analysis used is a descriptive statistical test using the Mann Whitney U test. This research shows that the level of corruption in local governments that have WTP opinions is lower when compared to local governments that have opinions other than WTP. As well as a higher assessment of the implementation of e-government in local governments that have WTP opinions compared to local governments that have opinions other than WTP.
