Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Kognitif Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Untuk mengetahui dan Mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Problem solving Terhadap Hasil Belajar Seni Musik Kelas XI Di SMA Xaverius Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian penelitian ini adalah pre- experimental design. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswa SMA Xaverius Bandarlampung yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik tes dan non tes berupa observasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan pengujian hipotesis untuk memperoleh data yang valid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa. siswa yang tuntas pada pre-test sebanyak 13 peserta didik, dengan presentase sebesar 37%. Sedangkan peserta didik yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 22 dengan presentase 62%. Perhitungan tersebut menunjukan presentase peserta didik yang tidak tuntas sebelum dilakukan metode pembelajaran Problem Solving lebih banyak daripada yang tuntas dengan rata-rata nilai 64. Sementara itu, pada post-test sebanyak 23 peserta didik dinyatakan tuntas, dengan presentase sebesar 65%, sedangkan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 12 dengan presentase 34%. Artinya menunjukan adanya kenaikan jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas setelah dilakukam metode pembelajaran Problem Solving, dengan rata-rata nilai 76. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran problem solving terhadap hasil belajar seni budaya kelas XI di SMA Xaverius Bandar Lampung. The theory used in this research is cognitive theory. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the influence of problem solving learning methods on music learning out comes for class XI at SMA Xaverius Bandar Lampung. This research uses quantitative methods. The type used in this research is pre-experimental design. The data sources in this research were 35 students of SMA Xaverius Bandarlampung. The data collection techniques used in this research are test and non-test techniques in the form of observation and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing to obtain valid data. The results of this research show that. There were 13 students who completed the pre-test, with a percentage of 37%. Meanwhile, there were 22 students who did not complete with a percentage of 62%. These calculations show that the percentage of students who did not complete before implementing the Problem Solving learning method was greater than those who completed with an average score of 64. Meanwhile, in the post-test as many as 23 students were declared complete, with a percentage of 65%, while those who did not complete were as many as 12 with a percentage of 34%. This means that it shows an increase in the number of students who completed the study after implementing the Problem Solving learning method, with an average score of 76. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the problem solving learning method on the learning music outcomes of class XI at Xaverius High School Bandar Lampung.
