%X Masalah pada penelitian adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis IPA peserta  didik kelas V SDN 2 Metro Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui pengaruh model inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan berpikir  kritis IPA peserta didik kelas V SDN 2 Metro Selatan. Metode dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental dengan desain penelitian non  equivalent control group design dan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi  penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN 2 Metro Selatan dengan  jumlah 50 orang peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel  jenuh dengan sampel 50 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan  menggunakan tes dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan uji regresi linear  sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang  signifikan pada penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap  kemampuan berpikir kritis IPA peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 2 Metro Selatan  tahun ajaran 2023/2024.  Kata Kunci: berpikir kritis, inkuiri terbimbing    The problem in the research is the low critical thinking ability of science grade V  students at SDN 2 Metro Selatan. The aim of this research is to determine the  effect of the guided inquiry model on the science critical thinking abilities of  grade V students at SDN 2 Metro Selatan. The method in this research uses a  quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design and  quantitative research type. The population of this study was all class V students at  SDN 2 Metro Selatan with a total of 50 students. Sampling used a saturated  sampling technique with a sample of 50 students. Data collection techniques use  tests and observations. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test.  The results of this research show that there is a significant influence on the  application of the guided inquiry learning model on the science critical thinking  abilities of grade V students at SD Negeri 2 Metro Selatan for the 2023/2024  academic year.
