%X Guru merupakan komponen penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.  Dalam hal ini guru memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kualitas dalam diri  peserta didik yang melingkupi pemantapan ranah kognitif, psikomotorik, dan  afektif sehingga terwujudnya siswa yang cerdas dan berkarakter. Selain itu, guru  harus mampu menyiapkan sistem belajar yang baik sehingga mampu menunjang  terwujudnya pendidikan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis pengaruh peran guru PPKn terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai  multikulturalisme kepada peserta didik di SMP Negeri 4 Negeri Agung. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian  peserta didik SMP Negeri 4 Negeri Agung yang berjumlah 61 responden. Teknik  pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket, dokumentasi dan observasi.  Hasil penelitian menyatakan peran guru PPKn dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai  multikulturalisme kepada peserta didik di SMP Negeri 4 Negeri Agung adalah  berperan, dapat dilihat dari persentase peran guru dan penanaman nilai-nilai  multikulturalisme sebanyak 36% menyatakan kategori berperan.    Kata Kunci: Guru PPKn, Peserta Didik, Multikulturalisme  Teachers are an important component in improving the quality of education. In this  case, teachers have an important role in shaping the qualities within the pupils that  cover the observance of cognitive, psychomotor, and affective realms so that  students become intelligent and characterized. In addition, teachers must be able to  prepare a good learning system so that it can support the realization of quality  education. This study is aimed at analyzing the influence of the role of PPKn  teachers on the cultivation of multiculturalism values on pupils in the 4th State High  School. The method of research used is quantitative descriptive with the subject of  research of pupils of 4th state High School with a total of 61 respondents. Data  collection techniques are carried out using lifts, documentation and observation.  The results of the research stated that the role of PPKn teachers in instilling the  values of multiculturalism to pupils in the State High School 4 State Agung is a  role, can be seen from the percentage of role of teachers and the cultivation of values  multi-culturalism as much as 36% stated the category of role.
