Hotel Andalas Bandar Lampung, sebagai salah satu penyedia jasa perhotelan, mengumpulkan dan mengelola data pribadi konsumennya untuk berbagai keperluan operasional. Namun, dengan semakin maraknya kasus penyalahgunaan data pribadi, perlindungan hukum terhadap data pribadi konsumen menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya perlindungan hukum terhadap data pribadi konsumen di Hotel Andalas Bandar Lampung serta mengidentifikasi kendala- kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di Hotel Andalas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hotel Andalas telah mengadopsi berbagai langkah untuk melindungi data pribadi konsumen, seperti menerapkan kebijakan privasi, penggunaan teknologi enkripsi, dan pelatihan karyawan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya kesadaran hukum dan pengetahuan teknologi di kalangan karyawan serta ancaman serangan siber yang terus berkembang. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Privasi Data Pribadi, Perhotelan The development of information technology has brought significant changes in various sectors, including the hospitality industry. Hotel Andalas Bandar Lampung, as one of the hospitality service providers, collects and manages its customers' personal data for various operational purposes. However, with the increasing cases of personal data misuse, legal protection of consumer personal data becomes very important. This research aims to analyze the legal protection efforts for consumer personal data at Hotel Andalas Bandar Lampung and identify the challenges faced in its implementation. The research method used is a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through literature study and interviews with relevant parties at Hotel Andalas. The results of the study indicate that Hotel Andalas has adopted various measures to protect consumer personal data, such as implementing privacy policies, using encryption technology, and providing employee training.
