The ADDIE model provides a framework for developing effective and efficient learning materials. In the analysis phase, the needs of students are identified, and existing learning materials are evaluated. During the design phase, the digital instructional book is designed with content structure, visualization, and interactivity that align with the principles of spatial thinking. The development phase involves creating multimedia content, such as animations, videos, and interactions, to facilitate understanding of concepts. After the digital instructional book is completed, it is tested with a group of students and experts in media, content, and language during the implementation phase. Feedback is obtained to make any necessary adjustments. Finally, the evaluation phase is conducted to assess the effectiveness of the digital instructional book in enhancing spatial thinking skills. Experts in design, content, and language find the instructional book to be valid, and the test results show that it effectively enhances spatial thinking skills. This study suggests that the developed textbook can significantly contribute to geography education and serve as a reference for other learning material developers.. Keywords : textbook, indonesian regional geography, spatial thinking ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN BUKU AJAR GEOGRAFI REGIONAL INDONESIA BERBASIS BERPIKIR SPASIAL By ANGGA MARGIANTO Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku ajar geografi regional Indonesia berbasis berpikir spasial menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Model ADDIE adalah kerangka kerja terstruktur yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Pada tahap analisis, kebutuhan mahasiswa diidentifikasi dan materi pembelajaran yang ada dievaluasi. Tahap desain mencakup perancangan konten, visualisasi, dan interaktivitas buku ajar digital sesuai dengan prinsip berpikir spasial. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan pembuatan konten multimedia, termasuk animasi dan video, untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep geografi regional Indonesia. Buku ajar kemudian diimplementasikan dengan uji coba kepada mahasiswa dan para ahli, serta menerima umpan balik. Tahap evaluasi menilai efektivitas buku ajar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir spasial. buku ajar ini dinyatakan valid oleh ahli desain, materi, dan bahasa. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir spasial mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar buku ajar ini dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pendidikan geografi dan menjadi referensi bagi pengembang materi pembelajaran lainnya..
