"Consumers tend to experience changes in attitudes and satisfaction towards purchasing\r\nbroiler chicken meat in the new normal era. This research was conducted using a survey\r\nmethod which aims to determine consumer attitudes and levels of satisfaction as well as\r\nconsumption patterns in purchasing broiler chicken meat by paying attention to what\r\nattributes consumers consider before buying broiler chicken meat in the new normal era.\r\nThe number of samples in this study was 116 respondents. The research data was analyzed\r\nconjointly which describes consumer attitudes based on evaluation of various product\r\nattributes, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure attributes that influence\r\nconsumer satisfaction with purchasing broiler chicken meat as well as descriptive and\r\nqualitative analysis to see consumer consumption patterns. Based on conjoint analysis, it\r\nshows that consumer attitudes towards broiler chicken meat in the new normal era are in a\r\nvery good direction with the attribute most liked by household consumers in Bandar\r\nLampung, namely the halal label. The combination of broiler chicken attributes that\r\nBandar Lampung household consumers like is cheap price, not rancid aroma, shiny\r\nyellowish red skin color, chewy texture, halal label, and online purchase type. The level\r\nof consumer satisfaction based on the consumer satisfaction index for broiler chicken meat\r\nis 91.39 percent which is in the very satisfied category. The level of consumer satisfaction\r\nwith the performance attributes of texture, type of purchase, halal and color of broiler\r\nchicken meat is in the range of 4.18-4.28, falling into the very satisfied category.\r\nMeanwhile, consumer satisfaction with the performance attributes of price and aroma of\r\nbroiler chicken meat is in the range of 4.07 and 4.06, which is in the satisfied category. The\r\npattern of consumption of broiler chicken meat in the new normal era in Bandar Lampung\r\nCity shows that the majority of household consumers consume broiler chicken meat 3 times\r\na week and predominantly buy frozen broiler chicken meat using online purchasing patterns\r\nat chicken meat stalls.\r\nKey words: Broiler chicken meat, consumer attitudes, consumer satisfactionKonsumen cenderung mengalami perubahan sikap dan kepuasan terhadap pembelian\r\ndaging ayam broiler di era new normal. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 116 responden. Data penelitian\r\ndianalisis dengan konjoin yang menggambarkan sikap konsumen berdasarkan evaluasi\r\nberbagai atribut produk, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengukur atribut\r\nyang memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen terhadap pembelian daging ayam broiler serta\r\nanalisis deskriptif dan kualitatif untuk melihat pola konsumsi dari konsumen. Berdasarkan\r\nanalisis konjoin menunjukkan bahwa sikap konsumen terhadap daging ayam broiler di era\r\nnew normal mengarah pada hal yang sangat baik dengan atribut yang paling disukai oleh\r\nkonsumen rumah tangga Bandar Lampung yaitu label halal. Kombinasi atribut ayam\r\nbroiler yang disukai konsumen rumah tangga Bandar Lampung yaitu harga murah, aroma\r\ntidak anyir, warna kulit merah kekuningan mengkilat, tekstur kenyal, ada label halal, dan\r\njenis pembelian secara online. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan indeks kepuasan\r\nkonsumen terhadap daging ayam broiler sebesar 91,39 persen yang berada pada kategori\r\nsangat puas. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kinerja atribut tekstur, jenis pembelian,\r\nhalal dan warna daging ayam broiler berada pada rentang 4,18-4,28 masuk ke dalam\r\nkategori sangat puas. Adapun kepuasan konsumen terhadap kinerja atribut harga dan\r\naroma daging ayam broiler berada pada rentang 4,07 dan 4,06 masuk ke dalam kategori\r\npuas.
