Manfaat TOD termasuk peningkatan jumlah orang yang menggunakan kendaraan  pribadi dan pengeluaran keluarga untuk transportasi, peningkatan jumlah orang  yang menggunakan transit dan pejalan kaki, revitalisasi pusat kota, peningkatan  intensitas dan densitas, penghematan biaya parkir, peningkatan nilai properti, dan  berbagai kegiatan yang terjadi di sekitar transit, dan perbaikan kualitas lingkungan  dan komunitas. Dalam Peraturan Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung Nomor 10 Tahun  2011 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2011-  2030 kawasan ini adalah salah satu lokasi di mana Konsep Pembangunan  Berorientasi Transit (TOD) diterapkan. Karena itu, pembangunan wilayah ini  diharapkan akan memberikan manfaat bagi Kota Bandar Lampung, terutama bagi  wilayah sekitar Stasiun Besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis  prinsip-prinsip transportasi perkotaan dan kunci penerapan sasaran TOD standart  oleh ITDP pada kawasan kawasan Stasiun Besar Kereta Api Tanjung Karang dan  menyusun konsep dan merencanakan Transit Oriented Development dengan  metode TOD standard 3.0, Institute for Transportation and Development Policy  (ITDP) pada kawasan Stasiun Besar Kereta Api Tanjung Karang dilakukan  menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT dan Deskriptif Kualitatif. Penelitian ini  menghasilkan bahwa Penerapan Konsep TOD Stasiun Besar Kereta Api Tanjung  Karang dengan metode Standard 3.0, Institute For Transportation And  Development Policy (ITDP) diaplikasikan pada koridor-koridor strategis yang  menghubungkan (connect) kawasan inti stasiun dengan radius 400 m seperti:  Koridor Perdagangan dan Jasa, serta Koridor Hunian Campuran. The benefits of TOD include an increase in the number of people using  private vehicles and family spending on transportation, an increase in the number  of people using transit and walking, the revitalization of downtown, increased  intensity and density, savings in parking costs, increased property values, and a  variety of activities occurring nearby. transit, and improving environmental and  community quality. In Bandar Lampung City Regional Regulation Number 10 of  2011 concerning Bandar Lampung City Regional Spatial Planning for 2011-2030,  this area is one of the locations where the Transit Oriented Development (TOD)  concept is implemented. Therefore, it is hoped that the development of this area  will provide benefits for the City of Bandar Lampung, especially for the area  around the Big Station. The aim of this research is to analyze the principles of  urban transportation and the key to implementing standard TOD targets by ITDP  in the Tanjung Karang Railway Station area and develop concepts and plans for  Transit Oriented Development using the TOD standard 3.0 method, Institute for  Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP ) in the Tanjung Karang Railway  Station area was carried out using SWOT and Qualitative Descriptive analysis  techniques. This research resulted in the application of the TOD Concept for the  Tanjung Karang Railway Station using the Standard 3.0 method, Institute For  Transportation And Development Policy (ITDP) was applied to strategic  corridors that connect (connect) the core area of the station with a radius of 400  m, such as: Trade Corridor and Services, as well as Mixed Residential Corridors  Keywords: TOD; Standard Method 3.0; ITDP; Tanjung Karang Railway Station;  SWOT
