abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja
lapangan, ekspektasi karir dan penguasaan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa
kelas XII SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung. Sampel
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 127 siswa dengan teknik
pengambilan sampel probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random
sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan
kuisioner/angket. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi
linear multiple yang diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa, terdapat pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan, ekspektasi karir, dan
penguasaan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMKN 9 Bandar
Lampung.

This research aims to determine the influence of practical field work experience,
career expectations and mastery of soft skills on the work readiness of class XII
students at SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is
quantitative with an ex post facto and survey approach. The population in this study
were all class XII students at SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung. The sample used in this
research was 127 students using a probability sampling technique using simple
random sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and
questionnaires. Data analysis uses simple linear regression and multiple linear
regression processed with the SPSS program. The results of the research show that
there is an influence of practical field work experience, career expectations, and
mastery of soft skills on the work readiness of class XII students at SMKN 9 Bandar
Lampung.
