Bandar Lampung  sebagai pusat kegiatan ekonomi terdapat pasar tradisional maupun modern. Pasar  Tamin berada di pusat kota menjadi tujuan utama pengunjung untuk berbelanja.  Namun, masalah baru muncul terkait kenyamanan dan kebersihan bangunan. Pasar  Tamin mengalami ketertinggalan, baik pada aspek kelengkapan fasilitas,  kebersihan, dan kelengkapan penjual.  Permasalahan yang dihadapi di seluruh pasar tradisional umumnya serupa,  yaitu tidak adanya arahan struktural yang jelas tentang pasar yang seharusnya.  Seperti permasalahan yang ditemukan di Pasar Tamin Bandar Lampung. Di  perlukan pemecahan masalah dengan mengadopsi konsep pasar yang bersih dan  modern. Perencanaan arsitektur berdasarkan prinsip bioklimatik merupakan bagian  penting dari jalan menuju pembangunan berkelanjutan secara ekologis bisa menjadi  salah satu solusi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan mengumpulkan  data lapangan melalui survei atau observasi, serta studi literatur dan pustaka. Hasil  analisis data menghasilkan konsep perancangan. Penulis juga mengkaji dan  melakukan studi preseden terkait objek dan penerapan pendekatan Arsitektur  Bioklimatik yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi beragam aktivitas pengguna dengan  mengoptimalkan fungsi pasar serta kenyamanan pengunjung dan pengguna pasar.  Kata Kunci: Pasar Tamin, Bandar Lampung, Redesain, Pasar  tradisional, Bioklimatik  Building density requires architectural design based on tropical climate to  minimize the depletion of natural resources. Bandar Lampung as the center of  economic activities has traditional and modern markets. Tamin Market is located in  the center of the city and is the main destination for visitors to shop. However, new  problems have arisen related to the comfort and cleanliness of the building. Pasar  Tamin is lagging behind, both in terms of the completeness of facilities, cleanliness,  and completeness of sellers.  The problems faced across traditional markets are generally similar, namely  the absence of clear structural direction about the market that should be. Such as  the problems found at the Tamin Market, Bandar Lampung. It is necessary to solve  the problem by adopting a clean and modern market concept. Architectural  planning based on bioclimatic principles is an important part of the road to  ecologically sustainable development can be one of the solutions. This study uses a  method by collecting field data through surveys or observations, as well as literature  and literature studies. The results of data analysis produce a design concept. The  author also examines and conducts precedent studies related to the object and  application of the Bioclimatic Architecture approach which aims to accommodate  various user activities by optimizing market functions and the comfort of visitors  and market users.
