abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel profitabilitas,
struktur aktiva, kebijakan dividen, dan struktur modal terhadap harga saham. Populasi
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor makanan dan
minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2018-2022. Teknik
pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan metode purposive sampling dan
jumlah sampel yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Analisis data
menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 26
sebagai alat analisisnya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan variabel independen terhadap
variabel dependen adalah sebesar 46,5%. Artinya variabel independen yang meliputi
profitabilitas, struktur aktiva, kebijakan dividen, dan struktur modal hanya dapat
menjelaskan sebesar 46,5% variabel harga saham, sedangkan 53,5% dipengaruhi oleh
faktor diluar penelitian. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel
profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, variabel
struktur aktiva berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham, sedangkan kebijakan
dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Selanjutnya hasil uji F
menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel profitabilitas, struktur aktiva, kebijakan
dividen, dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability variables, asset structure,
dividend policy, and capital structure on share prices. The population used in this
research is food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used was a purposive
sampling method and the number of samples obtained was 19 companies. Data
analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software as
an analysis tool.
The research results show that the ability of the independent variable to the
dependent variable is 46.5%. This means that the independent variables which
include profitability, asset structure, dividend policy and capital structure can only
explain 46.5% of the share price variable, while 53.5% is influenced by factors
outside the research. The results of the t test show that partially profitability and
capital structure have a positive effect on share prices, asset structure has a negative
effect on share prices, and dividend policy has no effect on share prices.
Furthermore, the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables
profitability, asset structure, dividend policy and capital structure influence stock
prices.
