N2  - Penelitian terhadap pengaruh efektivitas mal pelayanan publik Lampung Selatan
terhadap meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan publik merupakan penelitian yang
betujuan untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan dan bagaimana pengaruh dari adanya
mal pelayanan publik terhadap peningkatan pelayanan publik. Sehingga dapat
diketahui bahwa dengan adanya mpp ini membawa pengaruh bagi peningkatan
pelayanan publik bagi masyarakat Lampung Selatan. Metode Kuantitatif
merupakan metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan
Kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari jumlah sampel yang akan diuji serta
penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS (Statiscal Package for the Social
Sciences) versi 20 sebagai alat bantu untuk melakukan uji analisis hipotesis berupa
uji korelasi dan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hambatan dari penelitian ini adalah
selama proses pengumpulan data penelitian responden harus dibujuk dan
diyakinkan bahwa data penelitian ini merupakan untuk keperluan penelitian dan
tidak akan dikomersilkan sehingga memerlukan kesabaran dalam proses
pengumpulan data. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya
mpp Lampung Selatan memiliki hubungan yang kuat karena nilai koefisien regresi
sebesar 0,676 yang berada diantara interval 0,6000-0,7999 dan memiliki pengaruh
dengan nilai signifikansinya bernilai 0,006 < 0,05 sehingga dapat ditarik
kesimpulan bahwa dengan adanya mpp ini memberikan dampak yaitu peningkatan
pelayanan publik bagi masyarakat Lampung Selatan.

Research on the effect of the effectiveness of the South Lampung public service mall
on improving the efficiency of public services is a study that aims to find out about
the relationship and how the influence of the existence of a public service mall on
improving public services. So that it can be seen that the existence of this mpp has
an influence on improving public services for the people of South Lampung.
Quantitative method is a research method carried out using observation and
questionnaires to collect data from the number of samples to be tested and this
research uses the SPSS (Statiscal Package for the Social Sciences) version 20
application as a tool to conduct hypothesis analysis tests in the form of correlation
tests and simple linear regression tests. The obstacle of this research is that during
the process of collecting research data, respondents must be persuaded and
convinced that this research data is for research purposes and will not be
commercialised so that it requires patience in the data collection process. From
this study it can be concluded that with the existence of the South Lampung mpp
has a strong relationship because the regression coefficient value of 0.676 which is
between the interval 0.6000-0.7999 and has an influence with a significance value
worth 0.006 <0.05 so it can be concluded that with the existence of this mpp has an
impact on improving public services for the people of South Lampung.Keyword : Digital Transformation, Smart Governance, Public Service Mall,
