        abstract = {Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa
penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar(KIP) Kuliah angkatan 2020 Fakultas Ilmu Sosial
dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Lampung. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan
penelitian kuantitatif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori
perilaku konsumtif oleh Sumartono (2002). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
seluruh mahasiswa penerima KIP Kuliah angkatan 2020 di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial
dan Ilmu Politik dengan total 53 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah populasi
mahasiswa penerima KIP Kuliah angkatan 2020 di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu
Politik, yang di pilih menggunakan teori sampel Arikunto (2012). Data penelitian
diperoleh dari Angket/Kuesioner, Studi Kepustakaan. Hasil Penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa tingkat perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa penerima Kartu
Indonesia Pintar FISIP UNILA tahun 2020 secara umum berada pada tingkat
perilaku konsumtif sangat rendah dengan nilai persentase sebesar 22,28\%.
Persentase nilai tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa meskipun mahasiswa penerima KIP
memiliki dorongan untuk memiliki sesuatu barang, para mahasiswa penerima KIP
mampu mempertimbangkan manfaat dari pembelian barang tersebut dan tidak
hanya membeli barang hanya berdasrkan keinginan saja.

This research aims to determine the level of consumptive behavior of students who
receive the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) Class of 2020, Faculty of Social and
Political Sciences, University of Lampung. The type of research used in this
research is descriptive research using a quantitative research approach. The theory
used in this research is the theory of consumer behavior by Sumartono (2002). The
population in this study were all students who received the KIP Kuliah class of 2020
at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences with a total of 53 students. The
sample for this research is the population of students receiving KIP Kuliah class of
2020 at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, who were selected using
Arikunto's (2012) sample theory. Research data was obtained from Questionnaires,
Literature Study. The research results show that the level of consumptive behavior
of students receiving the 2020 FISIP UNILA Smart Indonesia Card is generally at
a very low level of consumptive behavior with a percentage value of 22.28\%.
