"Entomopatogen merupakan agen biologis yang bersifat patogen terhadap serangga\r\nyang dapat menghambat proses perkembangan serangga. Entomopatogen\r\nmemiliki beberapa variasi seperti fungi, bakteri, ataupun virus. Dalam menekan\r\npopulasi nyamuk Ae. aegypti menggunakan isolat bakteri entomopatogen, isolat\r\nentomopatogen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri (Escherichia coli,\r\nKlebsiella sp., dan Bacillus sp.). Media yang digunakan dalam masa perindukan\r\nnyamuk Ae. aegypti yakni air sumur. Diberikan isolat bakteri entomopatogen (E.\r\ncoli, Klebsiella sp., dan Bacillus sp.) sebagai perlakuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini\r\nuntuk mengetahui pengaruh isolat bakteri entomopatogen (E. coli, Klebsiella sp.,\r\ndan Bacillus sp.) terhadap persentase jumlah telur nyamuk Ae.aegypti. Penelitian\r\nini dilakukan pada bulan Januari - Februari 2024 di Laboratorium Zoologi dan\r\nLaboratorium Mikrobiologi, Jurusan Biologi FMIPA Universitas Lampung.\r\nPenelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 kali\r\npengulangan serta parameter yang diuji adalah nilai pH, Suhu, Dissolved Oxygen\r\n(DO). Data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan SPSS ver 23.0 secara statistik\r\ndengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk lalu dilanjutkan dengan uji homogenitas\r\ndengan uji Levene, kemudian dianalisis kedalam uji Kruskall Wallis dan uji lanjut\r\ndengan uji Dunn. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan jumlah daya tetas\r\ntelur nyamuk Ae. aegypti pada setiap perlakuan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dalam\r\nuji Dunn didapatkan hasil paling signifikan pada bakteri Bacillus sp. – E.coli\r\ndengan dengan nilai signifikasi α=0,025 (α < 0,05) yang menunjukkan adanya\r\nperbedaan terhadaip isolat bakteri entomopatogen (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella\r\nsp., dan Bacillus sp.) pada jumlah telur nyamuk Ae.aegypti yang menetas.\r\nKata Kunci : Aedes aegypti, daya tetas, isolat bakteri entomopatogen, faktor\r\nabiotik\r\nEntomopathogens are biological agents that are pathogenic to insects that can\r\ninhibit the process of insect development. Entomopathogens have several\r\nvariations such as fungi, bacteria, or viruses. In suppressing the population of Ae.\r\naegypti mosquitoes using entomopathogenic bacterial isolates, entomopathogenic\r\nisolates used in this study consisted of (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella sp., and\r\nBacillus sp.). The media used in the breeding period of Ae. aegypti mosquitoes is\r\nwell water. Entomopathogenic bacteria isolates (E. coli, Klebsiella sp., and\r\nBacillus sp.) were given as treatments. The purpose of this study was to determine\r\nthe effect of entomopathogenic bacterial isolates (E. coli, Klebsiella sp., and\r\nBacillus sp.) on the percentage of Ae.aegypti mosquito eggs. This research was\r\nconducted in January - February 2024 at the Zoology Laboratory and\r\nMicrobiology Laboratory, Department of Biology FMIPA, University of\r\nLampung. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6\r\nrepetitions and the parameters tested were pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen\r\n(DO). The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS ver 23.0 statistically with the\r\nShapiro-Wilk normality test then continued with the homogeneity test with the\r\nLevene test, then analyzed into the Kruskall Wallis test and further test with the\r\nDunn test. The results of this study showed a difference in the number of\r\nhatchability of Ae. aegypti mosquito eggs in each treatment. This is evidenced in\r\nthe Dunn's test obtained the most results.
