Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan   Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) Wan Abdul Rachman, Kemiling, Bandar Lampung, yang memiliki   potensi wisata konservasi melalui penangkaran rusa timor (Cervus timorensis). Tujuan penelitian   ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan wisata penangkaran rusa guna meningkatkan   jumlah kunjungan dan nilai manfaat konservasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical   Hierarchy Process (AHP) melalui tahapan penyusunan hierarki, perbandingan berpasangan,   penentuan bobot prioritas, hingga sintesis alternatif dengan menggunakan Expert Choice. Hasil   analisis menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan dan kesehatan rusa merupakan kriteria dengan bobot   prioritas tertinggi, diikuti oleh promosi dan pemasaran, pengelolaan serta pelayanan pengunjung,   dan terakhir infrastruktur. Strategi utama yang disarankan adalah perawatan kesehatan satwa   secara rutin, pemeliharaan habitat, optimalisasi promosi melalui media sosial, serta peningkatan   kualitas fasilitas wisata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan AHP mampu   menghasilkan strategi pengembangan yang efektif, terukur, dan berkelanjutan.     Kata Kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Penangkaran Rusa, Strategi   Pengembangan    In the context of tourism development, deer breeding centers serve as attractions that combine   aspects of conservation, recreation, and education. This study was conducted in the Wan Abdul   Rachman Grand Forest Park (Tahura), located in Kemiling, Bandar Lampung, which holds   conservation tourism potential through the breeding of Timor deer (Cervus timorensis). The   objective of this research is to formulate a development strategy for the deer breeding tourism site   to increase visitor numbers and conservation benefits. The method used is the Analytical   Hierarchy Process (AHP), involving the stages of hierarchy structuring, pairwise comparisons,   determination of priority weights, and synthesis of alternatives using Expert Choice. The analysis   results indicate that animal welfare and health are the top priority criteria, followed by promotion   and marketing, visitor management and services, and finally infrastructure. The main strategies   recommended are regular animal health care, habitat maintenance, optimization of promotion   through social media, and improvement of tourism facility quality. This study concludes that the   AHP approach is capable of producing effective, measurable, and sustainable development   strategies.
