"Berbagai macam penyakit yang disebabkan oleh fungi patogen menjadi masalah\r\nutama dalam budidaya tanaman karena menyebabkan kerusakan pada tanaman.\r\nPengendalian patogen pada penyakit tanaman dapat menggunakan jamur biokontrol\r\nuntuk menghambat pertumbuhan fungi patogen. Salah satu cara yang dapat\r\ndilakukan untuk menekan pertumbuhan patogen penyakit tanaman dapat melalui\r\nmengetahui mekanisme mikoparasitisme yang dimiliki oleh Trichoderma sp. dalam\r\nmenghambat pertumbuhan patogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fase\r\npertumbuhan isolat Trichoderma sp. (T10 dan T14) dan mengetahui potensi isolat\r\nTrichoderma sp. (T10 dan T14) dalam menghambat fungi patogen tanaman\r\nFusarium sp. dan Curvularia sp. secara in vitro dengan uji kompatibilitas dan uji\r\nantagonisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jamur Trichoderma sp. (T10\r\ndan T14) memiliki laju pertumbuhan yang sangat cepat dengan bertambahnya\r\nwaktu. Hasil uji kompatibilitas T10 dan T14 terhadap Fusarium sp. memiliki\r\ninteraksi penghambatan titik, sedangkan T10 dan T14 terhadap Curvularia sp.\r\nmemiliki interaksi invasi akhir. Hasil uji antagonisme menunjukkan bahwa T14\r\nmemiliki aktivitas mikoparasitisme yang menghambat pertumbuhan fungi patogen\r\nFusarium sp. dan Curvularia sp., secara signifikan. Diameter koloni fungi patogen\r\npada semua perlakuan lebih kecil daripada perlakuan kontrol. T10 dan T14 mampu\r\nmenghambat kedua fungi patogen (Fusarium sp. dan Curvularia sp.).\r\nPenghambatan terhadap Curvularia sp. lebih baik dibandingkan penghambatan\r\nterhadap Fusarium sp. Yaitu 73,08 dan 74,05 %.\r\nKata Kunci: Antagonisme, Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp., Mikoparasitisme,\r\nTrichoderma sp. \r\nVarious diseases caused by pathogenic fungi are a major problem in plant\r\ncultivation because they cause damage to plants. Pathogen control in plant diseases\r\ncan use biocontrol fungi to inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi. One way that\r\ncan be done to suppress the growth of plant disease pathogens can be through\r\nknowing the mechanism of mycoparasitism owned by Trichoderma sp. in inhibiting\r\npathogen growth. This study aims to determine the growth phase of Trichoderma\r\nsp. isolates (T10 and T14) and determine the potential of Trichoderma sp. isolates\r\n(T10 and T14) in inhibiting plant pathogenic fungi Fusarium sp. and Curvularia sp.\r\nin vitro by compatibility test and antagonism test. The results showed that\r\nTrichoderma sp. fungi (T10 and T14) had a very fast growth rate with increasing\r\ntime. The compatibility test results of T10 and T14 against Fusarium sp. have point\r\ninhibition interaction, while T10 and T14 against Curvularia sp. have late invasion\r\ninteraction. Antagonism test results showed that T14 has mycoparasitism activity\r\nthat inhibits the growth of pathogenic fungi Fusarium sp. and Curvularia sp.,\r\nsignificantly. The colony diameters of pathogenic fungi in all treatments were\r\nsmaller than the control treatment. T10 and T14 were able to inhibit both\r\npathogenic fungi (Fusarium sp. and Curvularia sp.).
