        abstract = {Perubahan nilai kesehatan hutan rakyat di Desa Kubu Batu, Kecamatan Way Khilau, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Hutan rakyat memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Kesehatan hutan dan mengetahui perubahan nilai kesehatan hutan rakyat di Desa Kubu Batu dari tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Forest Health Monitoring pada tujuh klaster plot dengan luas areal 2,66 Ha. Setiap klaster plot dilakukan pengukuran terhadap empat indikator utama yaitu produktivitas, vitalitas, biodiversitas, dan kualitas tapak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kesehatan hutan rakyat pada tahun 2024 yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata 4,68 dengan kategori sedang. Terjadi perubahan nilai Kesehatan hutan pada tahun 2020 dengan tahun 2024, pada tahun 2020 nilai kesehatan hutan yaitu dengan rata-rata 7,35 dengan kategori sedang, sedangkan pada tahun 2024 nilai kesehatan hutan yaitu 4,68 dengan kategori sedang mendekati buruk. Hal ini berarti terjadi penurunan kondisi kesehatan hutan di Desa Kubu Batu dari tahun 2020 ke tahun 2024. Penurunan ini terjadi karena beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu terjadi penurunan pada biodiversitas pohon dari tahun 2020 dengan jumlah pohon yaitu 259 sedangkan pada taun 2024 yaitu jumlah pohon yaitu 187.

Community forests play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance and providing economic benefits to local communities. This study aims to assess the health condition of community forest and identify changes in their health values from 2020 to 2024. This study aims to assess the forest health value and examine changes in the health condition of community forests in Kubu Batu Village from 2020 to 2024. Data collection was conducted using the Forest Health Monitoring (FHM) method on seven cluster plots covering a total area of 2.66 hectares. Each cluster plot was assessed based on four main indicators: productivity, vitality, biodiversity, and site quality. The results showed that in 2024, the average forest health value was 4.68, categorized as moderate. A change was observed in forest health value between 2020 and 2024. In 2020, the average forest health value was 7.35 (moderate category), while in 2024, it decreased to 4.68 (still in the moderate category). This indicates a decline in the forest health condition in Kubu Batu Village over the observed period. One of the contributing factors to this decline is the reduction in tree biodiversity, with the number of trees decreasing from 259 in 2020 to 187 in 2024.
