description: This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the number of visits, the  economic value of tourism, the perceptions of tourists and local communities, and  the socio-economic impacts of tourism on surrounding communities in North  Lampung Regency. This research uses a case study method with 76 visitor  respondents, 7 tourism workers, and 10 business actors. The research site was  purposively selected at the Tirta Shinta Dam tourist site. Data collection was  conducted from October to November 2024. The data analysis methods used in this  research are multiple linear regression analysis, travel cost analysis, economic  value calculation, and multiplier effect analysis. The results showed that the travel  cost incurred by visitors was Rp 80.667 per person per visit. Factors that influence  the number of visits are distance, age, travel cost, facilities and infrastructure, and  days visited. The economic value of Tirta Shinta Dam tourism using the travel cost  method is IDR2.323.943.945 per year. Tourists perceived the Tirta Shinta Dam  tourism area as safe and comfortable, while the surrounding community  experienced an increase in socio-economic interactions, participation in tourism  businesses, and awareness of environmental conservation. The economic impact of  Tirta Shinta Dam tourism was estimated using the Keynesian multiplier, where the  direct impact amounted to Rp546.680.000 per year, while the indirect impact  amounted to Rp2.323.943.945 per year.  Keywords: travel cost, economic value, economic impact    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi  frekuensi kunjungan, nilai ekonomi wisata, persepsi wisatawan dan masyarakat  sekitar dan dampak sosial ekonomi wisata terhadap masyarakat sekitar di  Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan  jumlah responden pengunjung 76, tenaga kerja wisata 7 dan pelaku usaha 10.  Penentuan lokasi secara purposive di wisata Bendungan Tirta Shinta. Pengumpulan  data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2024. Metode analisis data  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis  biaya perjalanan, perhitungan nilai ekonomi dan analisis dampak pengganda. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan biaya perjalanan yang dikeluarkan oleh pengunjung  sebesar Rp80.667 per individu per kunjungan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi  frekuensi kunjungan adalah jarak, usia, biaya perjalanan, sarana, prasarana dan hari  kunjungan. Nilai ekonomi wisata Bendungan Tirta Shinta dengan menggunakan  biaya perjalanan adalah Rp2.323.943.945 per tahun. Wisatawan menilai kawasan  wisata Bendungan Tirta Shinta aman dan nyaman, sementara masyarakat sekitar  merasakan adanya peningkatan interaksi sosial ekonomi, keterlibatan dalam usaha  wisata dan kesadaran menjaga lingkungan. Dampak ekonomi wisata Bendungan  Tirta Shinta diestimasi menggunakan keynesian multiplier, dimana dampak  langsung sebesar Rp546.680.000 per tahun, dampak tidak langsung sebesar  Rp416.440.000 per tahun, dampak lanjutan sebesar Rp160.800.000 per tahun.  Nilai keynesian multiplier effect yaitu sebesar 1,13, nilai ratio income multiplier  tipe 1 adalah sebesar 1,76 dan nilai ratio income multiplier tipe II sebesar 2,06.
