        abstract = {Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penyertaan modal negara, ukuran
perusahaan, biaya lingkungan, dan struktur kepemilikan perusahaan terhadap
kinerja keuangan perusahaan BUMN. Pengujian ini menggunakan alat statistika
yaitu SPSS versi 25 yang dilakukan secara simultan dan parsial. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah perusahaan milik negara atau BUMN pada tahun 2019-2023
sebanyak 113 perusahaan dan sampel sebanyak 31 perusahaan yang memenuhi
kriteria penentuan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik
deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi,
uji F dan uji t. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel
penyertaan modal negara, ukuran perusahaan, biaya lingkungan dan struktur
kepemilikan perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja
keuangan perusahaan BUMN. Secara parsial variabel ukuran perusahaan
berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan dan biaya lingkungan berpengaruh
negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan variabel penyertaan modal negara
dan struktur kepemilikan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.
Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,58 menunjukan kemampuan variabel independen
mempengaruhi variabel kinerja keuangan sebesar 58\%, sedangkan 42\% dari
perubahan kinerja keuangan dipengaruhi oleh variabel selain empat variabel
independen yang telah dilakukan uji model.

This research aims to examine state capital participation, company size,
environmental costs, and company ownership structure on the financial
performance of state-owned companies. This test uses a statistical tool, namely
SPSS version 25, which is carried out simultaneously and partially. The population
in this study was 113 state-owned companies, or BUMN, in 2019-2023, and a
sample of 31 companies that met the sample determination criteria. The analytical
methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests,
multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, the F test, and
the t test. The research results show that simultaneously the variables of state capital
participation, company size, environmental costs, and company ownership
structure have a significant influence on the financial performance of state-owned
companies. Partially, the variable company size has a positive effect on financial
performance, and environmental costs have a negative effect on financial
performance, while the variables of state capital participation and company
ownership structure have no effect on financial performance. The coefficient of
determination of 0.58 shows the ability of independent variables to influence
financial performance variables by 58\%, while 42\% of changes in financial
performance are influenced by variables other than the four independent variables
that have been model tested.
