Pada tahap sebelum intervensi uji coba ini melibatkan 10 guru Biologi dan 20 siswa  SMA di Provinsi Lampung, pada tahap selama intervensi dan setelah intervensi  penelitian ini melibatkan 32 siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung.  Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi instrumen tes keterampilan berpikir  kreatif, angket respon guru dan siswa, serta lembar validasi. Rata-rara persentase  hasil validasi ahli terhadap kesesuaian isi sebesar 89,77%, aspek konstruksi sebesar  90,62%, dan aspek keterbacaan sebesar 87,5%, sehingga LKPD berbasis proyek  pembuatan peuyeum yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dengan kriteria sangat  tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunakan LKPD berbasis proyek  pembuatan peuyeum secara signifikan nilai posttest lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai  pretest, dilihat dari uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan selisih nilai sebesar 31,13  antara nilai pretest-posttest, dan nilai n-Gain sebesar 0,53 dengan kategori sedang.  Oleh karena itu, temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa LKPD berbasis proyek  pembuatan peuyeum yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan  keterampilan berpikir kreatif. This study is a development research of a project-based student worksheet (LKPD)  centered on the production of peuyeum (fermented cassava), aiming to describe the  effectiveness of the project-based LKPD in enhancing students’ creative thinking  skills, as well as to describe the responses of teachers and students toward the  developed LKPD. The research employed a mixed-method approach with an  embedded experimental design. In the pre-intervention stage, the trial involved 10  Biology teachers and 20 high school students in Lampung Province. During and  after the intervention, the study involved 32 tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 3  Bandar Lampung. The research instruments included a creative thinking skills test,  teacher and student response questionnaires, and validation sheets. The average  expert validation scores were 89.77% for content suitability, 90.62% for  construction aspects, and 87.5% for readability, indicating that the developed  project-based LKPD is valid with a very high level of validity. The research  findings show that the use of the project-based LKPD significantly improved  students’ post-test scores compared to their pre-test scores. The paired sample ttest  revealed a score difference of 31.13 between pre-test and post-test, and the n-  Gain score was 0.53, categorized as moderate. Therefore, these findings indicate  that the developed project-based LKPD on peuyeum production is effective in  improving students’ creative thinking skills.
