%X Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  lingkungan keluarga,  soft  skills  dan  persepsi  terhadap  minat  menjadi  guru  pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas  Lampung.  Penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan  kuantitatif  dengan  jenis  penelitian  deskriptif verifikatif.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  mahasiswa  Pendidikan Ekonomi  FKIP  Universitas  Lampung  angkatan  2022  dan  2023  yang berjumlah  186  orang  .  Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling, menghasilkan 127 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh baik secara  parsial maupun simultan antara lingkungan keluarga, soft skills dan persepsi terhadap  minat  menjadi  guru  pada  mahasiswa  pendidikan  ekonomi  FKIP Universitas  Lampung.  Berdasarkan  temuan  tersebut,  disarankan  agar program  studi  dapat  memperkuat  pembentukan  persepsi  positif  terhadap profesi  guru  melalui  seminar,  kuliah  tamu,  studi  banding  dan  kegiatan serupa, sehingga persepsi profesi guru pada mahasiswa menjadi positif.    Kata  Kunci:  Lingkungan  Keluarga,  Mahasiswa  Pendidikan  Ekonomi, Minat  Menjadi  Guru,  Persepsi  Profesi  Guru,  Soft  skills    This  research  aims  to  determine  the  influence  of  family  environment,  soft skills,  and  perception  on  the  interest  in  becoming  a  teacher  among Economics  Education  students  at  FKIP  Universitas  Lampung.  This  study employed  a  quantitative  approach  with  a  descriptive  verificative  research design. The population for this study consisted of 186 Economics Education students  from  FKIP  Universitas  Lampung,  batches  2022  and  2023.  The sampling  technique  used  was  probability  sampling  with  simple  random sampling,  resulting  in  127  respondents.  Data  were  analyzed  using  multiple linear  regression  analysis.The  research  findings  indicate  a  significant influence,  both  partially  and  simultaneously,  of  family  environment,  soft skills,  and  perception  on  the  interest  in  becoming  a  teacher  among Economics  Education  students  at  FKIP  Universitas  Lampung.  Based  on these  findings,  it  is  suggested  that  the  study  program  strengthen  the formation  of  positive  perceptions  towards  the  teaching  profession  through seminars,  guest  lectures,  comparative  studies,  and  similar  activities.  This approach  is  expected  to  foster  a  more  positive  perception  of  the  teaching profession among students.
