Penelitian pengembangan ini menyajikan tentang sistem kendali \r\nkadar air dan memonitor suhu pengering lada hitam berbasis multi sensor. Sensor \r\nPT100RTD pengindera suhu, sensor THD-DD2-C pengindera suhu dan kelembaban dan \r\nPLC CP1H-XA40DR-A sebagai central processing unit terkait dengan sistem SCADA \r\nsebagai user interface. Perancangan bertujuan mengindera suhu dan kelembapan kadar \r\nair lada hitam. Selanjutnya tingkat kelembaban dan suhu dikondisikan kadar air lada \r\nhitam berada 11 % sd. 12%. Perancangan berhasil diinstal untuk memantau kadar air \r\nlada hitam. Dengan menerapkan sistem ini, perbedaan rata-rata kadar air 10.59% saat \r\npretest dan 11,57% saat posttest mempunyai efisiensi selisih kehilangan berat lada hitam \r\nselama proses berkurang 0,98%. Sistem kendali yang dibangun memiliki tingkat \r\nkeakuratan cukup tinggi dengan error 2,76 %. Operasi SCADA sebagai user interface \r\nyang dibangun memungkinkan pengguna untuk memonitoring secara real time. \r\nKata Kunci: Suhu, Kelembapan, PT100RTD, THD-DD2-C, CP1H-XA40DR-A. \r\n\r\nIn the post-harvest plantation agribusiness industry, water content is important in \r\ndetermining the quality of black pepper seeds. This development research presents a \r\nwater content control sistem and monitors the temperature of a multi-sensor-based black \r\npepper dryer. The PT100RTD sensor is a temperature sensor, the THD-DD2-C sensor \r\nis a temperature and humidity sensor and the CP1H-XA40DR-A PLC as a central \r\nprocessing unit is related to the SCADA sistem as a user interface. The design aims to \r\nsense the temperature and humidity of the water content of black pepper. Furthermore, \r\nthe humidity and temperature levels are conditioned so that the water content of black \r\npepper is 11% to 12%. The design was successfully installed to monitor the water \r\ncontent of black pepper. By implementing this sistem, the average difference in water \r\ncontent of 10.59% during the pretest and 11.57% during the posttest has an efficiency \r\nof the difference in weight loss of black pepper during the process reduced by 0.98%. \r\nThe control sistem built has a fairly high level of accuracy with an error of 2.76%. \r\nSCADA operations as a user interface that is built allows users to monitor in real time. \r\nKeywords: Temperature, Humidity, PT100RTD, THD-DD2-C, CP1H-XA40DR-A. \r\n"^^ .
