abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the benefits and added value of the Pak
Tikno Tofu Agroindustry. Respondents in this study were agroindustry owners and
agroindustry employees. The method used in this study is a case study at the Pak
Tikno Tofu Agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City. The analysis methods used are
profit analysis and added value analysis. The results of the study showed that the
cost of production was IDR 6,003.63 in October and IDR 5,515.38 per pack of
tofu with a selling price of tofu of IDR 8,000.00 per pack of tofu with a profit
margin of 20% -25%. The total profit from the sale of tofu showed an increase in
profit in October 2024 of IDR 27,878,200.00 and November 2024 of IDR
44,787,300.00, so this business is profitable. The added value of tofu production
has a positive value of 27,780.86 in October 2024 and 28,400.45 in November
2024. The ratio of the added value generated is 69.91% in October 2024 and
70.94% in November 2024, which means that soybean processing has a positive
value because the percentage produced is more than zero (NT>0).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keuntungan dan nilai tambah
Agroindustri Tahu Pak Tikno. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik
agroindustri dan karyawan agroindustri. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian
ini adalah studi kasus di Agroindustri Tahu Pak Tikno Kota Bandar Lampung.
Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis keuntungan dan analisis nilai
tambah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga pokok produksi sebesar
Rp6.003,63 per bungkus tahu pada bulan Oktober dan Rp5.515,38 per bungkus
tahu pada bulan November dengan harga jual tahu sebesar Rp8.000,00 per
bungkus tahu dengan margin keuntungan 20 persen - 25 persen. Keuntungan total
dari hasil penjualan tahu menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keuntungan pada
bulan Oktober 2024 sebesar Rp27.878.200 dan bulan November 2024 sebesar
Rp44.787.300, sehingga usaha ini bersifat menguntungkan. Nilai tambah dari
produksi tahu bernilai positif sebesar Rp27.780,86 per kilogram pada bulan
Oktober 2024 dan Rp28.400,45 per kilogram pada bulan November 2024. Rasio
nilai tambah yang dihasilkan sebesar 69,91 persen pada bulan Oktober 2024 dan
70,94 persen pada bulan November 2024 yang artinya pengolahan kacang kedelai
bernilai positif, karena persentase yang dihasilkan lebih dari nol (NT>0).
