N2  - The leadership of farmer group administrators in mobilizing farmer group
members greatly determines the effectiveness of the group in achieving its goals.
The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership of farmer group
managers, the effectiveness of farmer groups and analyze the relationship between
the leadership of farmer group managers and the effectiveness of farmer groups.
The method used in this study was a survey method using a quantitative descriptive
approach. The location of the study was selected purposively, namely in Rejo Agung
Village, Tegineneng District, Pesawaran Regency. Data collection was carried out
in November - December 2023. The population was all members of the farmer
group in Rejo Agung Village which was divided into 19 (nineteen) farmer groups
with a total of 471 farmers. The number of samples was taken using the Slovin
formula and 83 farmer group members were obtained. The sampling technique was
carried out by random sampling. The data collection method was carried out by
observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis to prove the relationship
between the leadership of farmer group managers and the effectiveness of farmer
groups used non-parametric statistics, the Spearman Rank correlation test. The
results of the study showed that the leadership of the farmer group administrators
in Rejo Agung Village was in the good category, meaning that the farmer group
administrators were able to effectively direct, organize, and manage the group and
convey the information needed. The effectiveness of the farmer group in Rejo Agung
Village was in the good category, meaning that an environment was created that
supported the growth and success of achieving the goals of the farmer group
however there is no true relationship between the leadership of the farmer group
administrators and the effectiveness of the farmer group, meaning that the level of
effectiveness of farmer groups does not correlate with the level of leadership of
farmer group administrators in Rejo Agung village.

Kepemimpinan pengurus kelompok tani dalam menggerakkan anggota kelompok
tani sangat menentukan efektivitas kelompok dalam mencapai tujuan. Tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan pengurus kelompok tani, efektivitas
kelompok tani dan menganalisis hubungan antara kepemimpinan pengurus
kelompok tani dengan efektivitas kelompok tani. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif
kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive yaitu di Desa Rejo Agung
Kecamatan Tegineneng Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pengumpulan data penelitian
dilakukan pada bulan November ? Desember 2023. Populasi adalah seluruh
anggota kelompok tani yang berada di Desa Rejo Agung yang terbagi atas 19
(sembilan belas) kelompok tani dengan jumlah anggota sebanyak 471 orang petani.
Jumlah sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dan didapatkan sebanyak 83
orang petani anggota kelompok tani. Teknik pengambilan sampel nya dilakukan
secara random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi,
wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis untuk membuktikan hubungan antara
kepemimpinan pengurus kelompok tani dengan efektivitas kelompok tani
menggunakan statistik non-parametrik uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan, kepemimpinan pengurus kelompok tani di Desa Rejo
Agung dalam ketegori baik, artinya pengurus kelompok tani mampu dengan efektif
mengarahkan, mengorganisasi, dan mengelola kelompok serta menyampaikan
informasi yang dibutuhkan. Efektivitas kelompok tani di Desa Rejo Agung pada
ketegori baik, artinya terciptanya lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan
keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan kelompok tani namun tidak terdapat hubungan yang
nyata antara kepemimpinan pengurus kelompok tani dengan efektivitas kelompok
tani, artinya tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani tidak berkorelasi dengan tingkat
kepemimpinan pengurus kelompok tani di Desa Rejo Agung.
