%T ANALISIS PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA PENGOLAH TEMPE DI
KECAMATAN TANJUNG RAYA KABUPATEN MESUJI
%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor produksi tempe, keuntungan pengolah
tempe dan pendapatan rumah tangga pengolah tempe berdasarkan analisis deskriptif
kualitatif, metode analisis yang dipakai untuk keuntungan pengolah tempe hasil dari
pendapatan dikurangi biaya, sedangkan pendapatan rumah tangga ditentukan dengan
penjumlahan dari pendapatan on-farm,off-farm dan non-farm. Lokasi penelitian dipilih
secara sengaja di Kecamatan Tanjung Raya Kabupaten Mesuji. Metode yang digunakan
adalah metode pengamatan langsung dan wawancara dengan responden berjumlah 25
orang yang dipilih berdasarkan sengaja (purposive). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan
Maret sampai Juni 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan proses produksi tempe meliputi
perendaman dan pencucian, perebusan, perendeman II, penirisan atau pendinginan,
pengupasan atau penggilingan, peragian, pengemasan dan fermentasi. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan rata-rata yang diperoleh pengolah tempe per bulan
adalah Rp. 10.370.592,19 dan per tahun adalah Rp. 121.449.826,24. Pendapatan rumah
tangga pengolah tempe adalah sebesar Rp. 136.425.826,24 per tahun dengan kontribusi
pengolahan tempe sebesar 89,02%.

This study aims to analyze tempeh production factors, tempeh processor profits and
tempeh processor household income based on qualitative descriptive analysis, the
analysis method used for tempeh processor profits is the result of income minus costs,
while household income is determined by the sum of on-farm, off-farm and non-farm
income. The research location was chosen intentionally in Tanjung Raya District, Mesuji
Regency. The method used was direct observation and interview methods with 25
respondents who were selected intentionally (purposive). The research was conducted
from March to June 2022. The results of this study show that the tempeh production
process includes soaking and washing, boiling, soaking II, draining or cooling, peeling
or grinding, fermentation, packaging and fermentation. The results showed that the
average profit obtained by tempeh processors per month was IDR 10,370,592.19 and per
year was IDR 121,449,826.24. The household income of tempeh processors is IDR.
