description:    This study aims to analyze the flow pattern of the supply chain and the performance  of the coffee bean supply chain at PT. Sahrif Brothers. This research uses the case  study method for the coffee bean supply chain at PT. Sahrif Brothers in North  Lampung Regency. Respondents in this study were coffee farmers, collectors, PT.  Sahrif Brothers, and PT. Indonesian olam. The sampling technique for supply chain  respondents uses the snowball sampling method. Research data collection was  carried out from September to October 2022. The data analysis used was  descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that (1)  Overall, product flow, money flow, and information flow that occurred in the coffee  bean supply chain at PT. Sahrif Brothers has been running well. (2) Several  performance indicators for the supply chain of farmers are below unfavorable  values, namely daily supply and compliance with standards, while the performance  of supply chain collectors and PT. Sahrif Brothers are in good criteria, but  performance according to standards is not good. This shows the performance of the  coffee bean supply chain at PT. Sahrif Brothers have been effective.        Keywords : agroindustry, coffee beans, raw material procurement, supply chain  performance        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola alir   rantai pasok dan kinerja rantai  pasok biji kopi pada  PT. Sahrif Brothers. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi  kasus untuk rantai pasok biji kopi pada PT. Sahrif Brothers di Kabupaten Lampung  Utara. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu petani kopi, pedagang pengumpul, PT.  Sahrif Brothers, dan PT. Olam Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk  responden rantai pasok menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Pengumpulan  data penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan September sampai dengan Oktober 2022.  Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara keseluruhan, aliran produk, aliran  uang, dan aliran informasi yang terjadi pada rantai pasok biji kopi pada PT. Sahrif  Brothers sudah berjalan dengan baik. (2) Beberapa indikator kinerja rantai pasok  petani berada di bawah nilai kurang baik yaitu persediaan harian dan kesesuaian  dengan standar, sedangkan kinerja rantai pasok pedagang pengumpul dan PT.  Sahrif Brothers sebagian besar berada pada kriteria baik, namun kinerja kesesuaian  standar dalam kriteria kurang baik. Hal ini menunjukkan kinerja rantai pasok biji  kopi pada PT. Sahrif Brothers sudah efektif.      Kata kunci : agroindustri, biji kopi, pengadaan bahan baku, kinerja rantai pasok
