Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh belanja infrastruktur, indeks kemahalan konstruksi, kepadatan penduduk, dan kendaraan berat terhadap kemantapan jalan nasional di kawasan timur dan barat Iindonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panelyang bersifat kuantitatif dengan populasi sampel 29 Provinsi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis linier berganda dengan REM (KTI) dan FEM (KBI) sebagai model terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepadatan penduduk di Kawasan Timur lalu Indeks kemahalan konstruksi dan kendaraan berat berpengaruh signifikan di Kawasan Barat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemantapan jalan nasional di Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2022.  Kata Kunci: Infrastruktur, Jalan, Indeks Kemahalan Konstruksi, Kepadatan Penduduk, dan Kendaraan Berat    The development of road infrastructure is a crucial element in driving economic growth in Indonesia. Although road infrastructure has received significant attention in various national development policies, the level of road stability across provinces in Indonesia still varies considerably. This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure expenditure, construction cost index, population density, and heavy vehicles on the condition of national roads in the eastern and western regions of Indonesia. The data used in this research are quantitative panel data, covering a sample of 29 provinces in Indonesia. The study employs multiple linear regression analysis, using Random Effects Model (REM) for the eastern region and Fixed Effects Model (FEM) for the western region as the selected models. The results show that population density significantly affects road conditions in the eastern region, while construction cost index and heavy vehicles have a significant impact in the western region of Indonesia during the period of 2017–2022  Keywords: Infrastructure, Road, Construction Cost Index, Population Density, Heavy Vehicles
