description: Pembina  osis  merupakan  pemegang  sekaligus  pengendali  yang  sangat menentukan  jalannya  organisasi  sekolah.  Keberadaan  pembina  osis  pada  sebuah organisasi kesiswaan di sekolah memiliki tanggungjawab untuk dapat memainkan perannya sebagai pembina agar sumber daya manusia menjadi wujud nyata yang bermanfaat.      Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  dan  menjelaskan  serta mendeskripsikan  bagaimana  peran  pembina  osis  dalam  menumbuhkan  kesadaran berorganisasi  di  SMA  N  1  Sendang  Agung.  Metode  yang  digunakan  metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini pembina osis, ketua osis  dan  anggota  osis.  Teknik  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukan  bahwa  peran  pembina  osis  sebagai  sarana menumbuhkan kesadaran berorganisasi yakni peran dari pembina osis itu sebagai pembimbing, motivasi, evaluasi,fasilitator bahkan pengerak dari organisasi. Peran pembina osis dalam organisasi kesiswaan yakni mengikutsertakan siswa berperan dalam organisasi, dan memberikan pembinaan terhadap siswa. Kata Kunci : Peran, Pembina Osis, Kesadaran Berorganisasi   The osis coach is the holder as well as the controller who really determines the course of the school organization. The existence of an osis coach in a student organization at school has a responsibility to be able to play its role as a coach so that human resources become a real, useful form. This study aims to find out and explain and describe how the role of osis coaches in fostering organizational awareness at SMA N 1 Sendang Agung. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the student  council  advisor,  student  council  president  and  student  council  members. Techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the  study  show  that  the  role  of  the  student  council  coach  is  as  a  means  of  growing organizational  awareness,  namely  the  role  of  the  student  council  coach  as  a  guide, motivation, evaluation of the facilitator and even the driving force of the organization.The role  of  osis  coaches in  student organizations  is  to  involve  students  playing  a role in the organization, and providing guidance to students.
