Rice serves as a primary commodity consumed by the Indonesian population. This study aims to evaluate the level of GMP implementation in the commercial rice production process at the Modern Rice Milling Plant (MRMP) of Perum BULOG, Lampung Regional Office, and to provide necessary improvement recommendations. The researcher employed a descriptive qualitative method through observations, interviews, and checklist assessments based on 18 GMP aspects as regulated by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry Regulation No. 75 of 2010. The analysis was conducted using the Gap Analysis method to assess the level of non-compliance, and the Fishbone Diagram to identify the root causes of the non-compliance. The findings indicate that non-compliance still exists in several aspects, particularly in location, maintenance and sanitation programs. These findings serve as the basis for formulating improvement recommendations to enhance overall GMP implementation. The evaluation and proposed improvements are expected to assist the company in strengthening consumer trust and improving the image of Perum BULOG. Keywords: Good Manufacturing Practice, MRMP, BULOG, evaluation, commercial rice. Penerapan Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) merupakan aspek penting dalam menjamin mutu dan keamanan produk pangan. Beras merupakan komoditas utama konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat penerapan GMP terhadap proses produksi beras komersial di Pabrik Modern Rice Milling Plant (MRMP) Perum BULOG Kanwil Lampung serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang diperlukan. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian lembar checklist berdasarkan 18 aspek GMP sesuai Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian RI No. 75 Tahun 2010. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode Gap Analysis untuk mengukur tingkat ketidaksesuaian serta Diagram Fishbone untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab ketidaksesuaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian pada beberapa aspek lokasi serta pemeliharaan dan program sanitasi. Temuan ini menjadi dasar penyusunan rekomendasi perbaikan guna meningkatkan penerapan GMP secara menyeluruh. Evaluasi dan rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan memperbaiki citra Perum BULOG.
