abstract: Background: COPD patient satisfaction with treatment is an important aspect in
efforts to improve patient quality of life. Measuring patient satisfaction with treatment
is important in improving overall health outcomes and ensuring the effectiveness of
COPD management. This study aims to determine the level of therapy satisfaction and
analysis of the relationship between mMRC and exacerbations on COPD patient
therapy satisfaction.
Method: The type of research is descriptive and analytical observational with a crosssectional

approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Univariate and
Bivariate statistical analysis. Using the TSQM-9 instrument and conducting validity
and reliability tests.
Result: Total of 120 respondents met the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a
satisfaction level of 84 respondents (70%) in the satisfied category and 36 respondents
(30%) in the dissatisfied category. There is a significant relationship between mMRC
and exacerbation on the level of satisfaction of COPD patient therapy with a P-value
= 0.000.
Conclusion: The description of the level of therapy satisfaction in the majority of
COPD patients is in the satisfied category. mMRC and Exacerbation have a
correlation with therapy satisfaction in COPD patients.

Latar Belakang: Kepuasan pasien PPOK terhadap pengobatan menjadi aspek penting
dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Pengukuran kepuasan pasien
terhadap pengobatan penting dalam meningkatkan luaran kesehatan secara keseluruhan
dan memastikan efektivitas dari manajemen PPOK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan terapi dan analisis hubungan mMRC dan
eksaserbasi terhadap kepuasan terapi pasien PPOK.
Metode: Jenis penelitian observasional deskriptif dan analitik dengan pendekatan
cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis statistik
Univariat dan Bivariat. Menggunakan instrumen TSQM-9 serta dilakukan uji validitas
dan uji reliabilitas.
Hasil: Jumlah 120 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dengan
tingkat kepuasan sebanyak 84 responden (70%) pada kategori puas dan sebanyak 36
responden (30%) pada kategori tidak puas. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara 
mMRC dan eksaserbasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan terapi pasien PPOK dengan nilai   
P-value = 0,000. 
Kesimpulan: Gambaran tingkat kepuasan terapi pada mayoritas pasien PPOK masuk
dalam kategori puas. mMRC dan Eksaserbasi memiliki korelasi terhadap kepuasan
terapi pasien PPOK.
