PEMBELAJARAN EXAMPLES non-EXAMPLES DAN
PICTURE and PICTURE TERHADAP MOTIVASI
PADA SISWA KELAS XI IPA DI SMA PERSADA
BANDAR LAMPUNGMasalah yang ada prestasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI di SMA Persada Bandar
Lampung masih relatif rendah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis1) interaksi antara model pembelajaran
dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada materi Sistem
Pencernaan, 2) perbedaan prestasi belajar biologi siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan
model pembelajaran Examples non-Examples dan Picture and Picture, 3)
perbedaan prestasi belajar biologi siswa pada materi Sistem Pencernaan yang
mempunyai motivasi belajar rendah yang dibelajarkan dengan model
pembelajaran Examples non-Examples dan Picture and Picture, 4) perbedaan
prestasi belajar biologi siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar tinggi yang
dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Examples non-Examples dan Picture
and Picture.
Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan
rancangan faktorial 2x2. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Persada Bandar Lampung
kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes dan angket. Teknik
pengambilan sampel dengan Cluster Random Sampling. Hipotesis diuji
menggunakan Uji Anava Dua Jalur danUji t-Test.
Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah 1)ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran (sig
0,017<0,05), motivasi belajar (sig 0,000<0,05), serta interaksi model dan motivasi
(sig 0,014<0,05), 2) rata-rata hasil belajar siswa biologi siswa yang menggunakan
model Examples non Examples lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Picture and
Picture (86,32>83,64), 3) rata-rata total hasil belajar biologi siswa dengan
motivasi rendah pada model pembelajaran Examples non Examples sama dengan
Picture and Picture yaitu 78,71, 4) rata-rata hasil belajar biologi siswa dengan
motivasi tinggi pada model pembelajaran Examples non Examples lebih tinggi
dibandingkan dengan Picture and Picture (93,93>88,57).

ABSTRACT
The existing problems in biology learning achievement of student in grade XI at
Persada senior high school, Bandar Lampung was still relatively low.
This study aimed to analyze 1) the interaction between the learning model and
motivation on student learning achievement in digestive system materials, 2)
differences in biology learning achievementof students that was learned using
Examples non-Examples learning model and Picture and Picture, 3) differences in
biology learning achievement of students in digestive system materials that have a
low learning motivation that was learned using Examples non-Examples and
Picture and Picture, 4) differences in biology learning achievement of student in
digestive system materials that have a high learning motivation that was learned
using Examples non-Examples learning model and Picture and Picture.
This study design used quasi-experimental method with 2x2 factorial design. The
study was conduceted in Persada Senior High School, Bandar Lampung in class
XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2. Data were collected by tests and questionnaires. Sampling
technique used Cluster Random Sampling. The hypotheses by using Anava Two-
Line Test and t-test.
The conclusion of this research is 1) there was an interaction among learning
model (sig 0,017<0,05), learning motivation (Sig 0,000<0,05), and interaction
between model and motivation (Sig 0,014<0,05), 2) the total average of learning
result through Examples non-Examples was higher than Picture and Picture
teaching model (86,32>86,34), 3)the average of Examples non-Examples and
Picture and Picture teaching method of low motivated students got the same
result 81,20, 4) the average of Examples non-Examples was higher than Picture
and Picture teaching method of high motivated students (93,93>88,57).
