METODE CONSTANT CORRELATION MODEL (CCM) SEBAGAI
DASAR PENETAPAN INVESTASI SAHAM
(Studi pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Indeks LQ45
Periode 2011-2015)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saham-saham yang masuk kedalam
portofolio optimal pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks LQ45.
Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan criteria
saham yang terdaftar dalam Indeks LQ45 selama periode 2011-2015. Teknik
pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan teknik dokumentasi yang digunakan
untuk mencari data-data sekunder. Investor dapat mengetahui saham-saham yang
masuk kedalam portofolio optimal dengan menggunakan alat analisis berupa
constant correlation model (CCM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
investasi saham pada portofolio optimal adalah lebih menguntungkan
dibandingkan dengan investasi pada saham individu. Terdapat 3 saham yang
masuk kedalam komposisi portofolio optimal, dengan proporsi dana untuk tiaptiap
saham adalah BBCA (PT Bank Central Asia Tbk) sebesar44%, LPKR (PT
Lippo Karawaci Tbk) sebesar 4%, dan UNVR (PT Unilever Tbk) sebesar 52%
dengan tingkat return portofolio optimal yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar
1,75858% disertai tingkat risiko yang ditanggung oleh investor sebesar 0,00480%.

abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the stocks that consist in optimal
portfolio in companies which arelisted in LQ45 index. Sampling technique was
done by carying out the purposive sampling that stocks listed in LQ45 Index over
the period 2011-2015. The data’s collection technique is using documentation
technique which is used to find out the secondary data. Investors can find the
stocks that fitsuit into optimal portfolio by using analytical tools in the form of
Constant Correlation Model (CCM). The results showed that the optimal
portfolio’s investment is more profitable than individual stocks investment. There
are three stocks which included and counted to the composition of the optimal
portfolio, with the proportion of funding for each stock is BBCA(PT Bank Central
Asia Tbk) by 44%, LPKR (PT LippoKarawaciTbk) by 4%, and UNVR(PT
Unilever Tbk) of 52% with an optimal level of portfolio return is 1.75858% with
the level of risk borne by investors at 0.00480%.
