DI SMP AL KAUTSAR BANDAR LAMPUNGPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan manajemen kurikulum program Basic
Technology Education (BTE) di SMP Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung. Fokus
penelitian ini tertuang dalam subfokus yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian,
implementasi, evaluasi implementasi, dan faktor-faktor penunjang dan
penghambat implementasi kurikulum Program BTE di SMP Al Kautsar Bandar
Lampung. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data
dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan pola interaksi Miles dan Huberman yang telah dimodifikasi. Hasil
penelitian diperoleh bahwa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan evaluasi
implementasi kurikulum dilakukan oleh tim yang sama yaitu tim yayasan yang
diwakili kabid yayasan, kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, serta koordinator dan
guru BTE. Perencanaan kurikulum mengacu pada landasan kekuatan sosial,
perlakuan pengetahuan, serta pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia.
Pengorganisasian kurikulum mengacu pada philosophy and the nature of
knowledge, society and culture, the individual, dan learning theory. Karakteristik
kurikulum, strategi implementasi, karakteristik penilaian, pengetahuan guru
tentang kurikulum, sikap terhadap kurikulum, dan keterampilan mengarahkan
adalah landasan yang diacu dalam implementasi kurikulum. Selain itu,
implementasi kurikulum mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah, sekolah dan
yayasan, rekan sejawat guru, siswa, orangtua, dan unsur utamanya dukungan dari
dalam diri guru itu sendiri. Faktor penunjang implementasi kurikulum yang utama
adalah lengkapnya sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan, sedangkan
penghambatnya adalah paradigma siswa yang masih sempit dan waktu yang
masih kurang. Evaluasi implementasi kurikulum mengacu pada landasan
komponen-komponen analisis kebutuhan dan studi kelayakan, perencanaan dan
pengembangan, proses pembelajaran, revisi kurikulum, dan research kurikulum.

abstarct
This research aimed to develop curriculum management of Basic Technology
Education Program (BTE) in SMP Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung. The focus of this
research contained in subfokus are planning, organizing, implementation,
evaluation of implementation, and the supporting and inhibiting factors
curriculum implementation of Basic Technology Education Program in SMP Al
Kautsar Bandar Lampung. Research with a qualitative approach, data collection
techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed
using the patterns of interaction Miles and Huberman have been modified. The
result showed that the planning, organizing, and evaluation of curriculum
implementation is done by the same team that represented the foundation team
head of divison, principal, vice principal of curriculum, and coordinator and BTE
teachers. Curriculum planning refers to the foundation of social forces, treatment
knowledge, and human growth and development. Curriculum organizing refers to
philosophy and the nature of knowledge, society and culture, the individual, and
learning theory. Characteristics of the curriculum, implementation strategies,
characteristics of assessment, curriculum teacher's knowledge, attitudes toward
curriculum, and directing skills are the foundation referenced in curriculum
implementation. In addition, curriculum implementation support from the
government, schools and foundations, colleague teachers, students, parents, and
the main element of support from within the teachers themselves. Factors
supporting the implementation of the main curriculum is full of facilities and
infrastructure required, whereas the inhibitors is the paradigm of the students who
are still narrow, and time is still lacking. Evaluation of the implementation of the
curriculum refers to the foundation components of the needs analysis and
feasibility studies, planning and development, learning processes, curriculum
revision, and research curriculum.
