Aliran sungai Sumur Putri terdapat di Kelurahan Sumur Putri yang berada di
Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan, Kota Bandar Lampung. Kelurahan ini masuk
dalam wilayah Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan. Aliran sungai tersebut dimanfaatkan warga sekitar yang bermukim di dekat sungai untuk keperluaan
sehari-hari, seperti mencuci baju dan mandi, dimana penggunaan sabun dan detergen tersebut mengandung bahan kimia yang akan langsung masuk kedalam
aliran sungai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret – April 2021 di 3 (tiga )
stasiun di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan. Analisis struktur komunitas makrozoobentos dilakukan dengan observasi (pengamatan) langsung di lapangan dan
pengambilan sampel parameter biologi, fisika dan kimia. Dari hasil penelitian ini
ditemukan sebanyak 30 spesies yang terdiri dari 4 kelas yaitu gastropoda, insekta,
krustasea, dan bivalvia. Kepadatan tertinggi makrozoobentos yaitu spesies Pomatiopsis lapidaria terpadat pada stasiun 2. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman, keseragaman dan dominansi pada daerah aliran Sungai Sumur Putri tergolong
rendah dan sedang.

Sumur Putri Tributary is located in Sumur Putri Village, which is located in
Teluk Betung Selatan District, Bandar Lampung City. This village was previously
included in the subdistrict and then changed to the South Teluk Betung sub
district. Local residents call it the Putri Well River. The river is used by local
residents who live near the river for daily needs such as washing clothes and
bathing where the use of soap and detergent contains chemicals that will enter the
river directly. This research was conducted in March – April 2021 at 3 (three)
stations at Teluk Betung Selatan District. Analysis of the community structure of
macrozoobenthos with primary data collection was carried out by direct observation in the site and sampling of biological, physical and chemical parameters. The results of this study found 30 species consisting of 4 classes, namely
gastropods, insects, crustaceans, and bivalves. The highest density of macrozoobenthos was Pomatiopsis lapidaria species at station 2. The diversity, uniformity
and dominance index values in the Sumur Putri Tributary were classified as low,
medium and medium.
