(Studi Pada Perusahaan Jasa di Bandar Lampung)
Pandemi covid 19 yang masuk ke Indonesia pada awal tahun 2020 memberikan
dampak pada seluruh sisi kehidupan. Covid 19 juga berdampak pada kegiatan
perekonomian Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (2020), penurunan
kinerja paling tinggi terjadi pada sektor jasa yang meliputi jasa transportasi, jasa
perhotelan, jasa keuangan, jasa konstruksi, dll. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji
pengaruh total quality managemnet dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja
manajerial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan jasa yang berada di Bandar
Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunkana metode convenience sampling, dengan 43
perusahaan yang bersedia menjadi responden. Metode analisis data untuk menguji
hipotesis menggunakan prosedur bootstrapping dengan menggunakan analisis
SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa total quality management dan
keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial
pada perusahaan jasa di Bandar Lampung.

ABSTRACT
THE EFFECT OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND COMPETITIVE
ADVANTAGE ON MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE
(Study at Service Companies in Bandar Lampung)

Since the COVID-19 pandemic entered Indonesia in early 2020, it has given some
impacts to all fields in life. COVID-19 also affects Indonesia's economic activity. Based
on Badan Pusat Statistik’s datas (2020), the highest decrease of the capability
performance occurs in some service sectors such as services of transportation, hotel,
finance, construction, etc. This study aims to investigate the effect of total quality
management and competitive advantage on managerial performance. Samples in this
study are some service companies located in Bandar Lampung. This study uses
convenience sampling method with 43 companies that were willing to be respondents.
The data analyzing method to test the hypothesis follows the bootstrapping procedure
with SmartPLS 3 app. The results of this study show positive and significant effects of
total quality management and competitive advantage to managerial performance in
service companies in Bandar Lampung.
