Keterampilan berpikir kritis perlu distimulus dalam diri siswa karena sudah
menjadi kebutuhan manusia abad 21. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan masih
rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sehingga pembelajaran kurang
efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan LKS berbasis AR pada
materi listrik dinamis yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk menstimulus berpikir
kritis siswa. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang
terdiri atas analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Pada
tahap implementasi, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Rawa Pitu
kelas IX yang berjumlah 26 Siswa. Teknik atau alat pengumpulan data pada
tahap ini menggunakan angket, lembar validasi, lembar observasi, dan tes.
Produk hasil pengembangan diberlakukan uji validasi, kepraktisan, dan
efektivitas. 1. LKS hasil pengembangan dinyatakan valid yaitu dari data validasi
isi sebesar 79,60% dengan kategori baik dan data validasi konstruk 81,74%
dengan kategori sangat baik. 2. Hasil kepraktisan ditunjukkan dengan
keterlaksanan pembelajaran diperoleh nilai 70,07% dengan katagori sedang dan
berdasarkan respon siswa diperoleh nilai 80,75% tersmasuk respon siswa sangat
positif terhadap LKS. 3. Hasil uji efektivitas ditunjukkan dengan nilai N-Gain
kemampuan berpikir kritis 0,52 dengan katagori cukup efektif. Hasil ini
diperkuat dengan uji Paired Samples T-test antara pritest dan postest yang
diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), yang berarti ada perbedaan
yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata hasil pretest dan posttest siswa. Dapat di
simpulkan bahwa LKS berbasis AR pada materi listrik dinamis hasil
pengembangan valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga layak untuk digunakan
sebagai bahan ajar.

Critical thinking skills need to be stimulated in students because it has become a
21st century human need. Preliminary studies show that students' critical thinking
skills are still low so that learning is less effective. The purpose of this study is to
develop an AR-based worksheet on dynamic electrical material that is valid,
practical, and effective to stimulate students' critical thinking. This research and
development uses the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design,
development, implementation, and evaluation. In the implementation phase, this
research was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Rawa Pitu class IX, which consisted of
26 students. Techniques or data collection tools at this stage use questionnaires,
validation sheets, observation sheets, and tests. The developed product is
subjected to validation, practicality, and effectiveness tests. 1. The developed LKS
was declared valid, namely from content validation data of 79.60% in the good
category and 81.74% construct validation data in the very good category. 2. The
results of practicality are shown by the implementation of learning obtained a
value of 70.07% in the medium category and based on student responses, a score
of 80.75% is obtained, including a very positive student response to the LKS. 3.
The results of the effectiveness test are indicated by the N -Gain value of critical
thinking skills of 0.52 with a fairly effective category. This result was
strengthened by the Paired Samples T-test between the pritest and posttest which
obtained a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05), which means that there was a
significant difference between the average scores of the students' pretest and
posttest results. It can be concluded that AR-based worksheets on dynamic
electrical materials developed are valid, practical, and effective so that they are
feasible to be used as teaching materials.
