Abstrak

ABSTRAK EVALUASI PENJAMINAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN MODEL CIPP DI SMP NEGERI 1 ABUNG BARAT LAMPUNG UTARA Oleh PRASETYO HIDAYAT Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program penjaminan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Abung Barat tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan menggunakan model Conteks, Input, Proses, Produk. Pendekatan penelitian adalah evaluasi dengan metode deskripsi kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang manajemen mutu, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek konteks, program penjaminan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Abung Barat dilatar dengan latar belakang memberikan pendidikan yang bermutu pada masyarakat, dan meningkatkan prestise sekolah. Aspek Input yang terdiri dari dua komponen yaitu standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, dan standar pengelolaan, rata-rata pemenuhan standar sebesar 86,04% dengan kriteria baik. Aspek Proses yang terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu standar isi, standar proses dan standar penilaian rata-rata pemenuhan standar sebesar 75,66% dengan kriteria sedang. Aspek Produk standar yang diukur adalah standar lulusan, standar ini pemenuhannya 100%, akan tetapi pencapaian nilai rata-rata empat bidang studi Ujian Nasional turun dari 7,78 menjadi 4,32. Berdasarkan pengelompokan pencapaian lima standar nasional pendidikan dan pencapaian standar kompetensi lulusan maka SMP Negeri 1 Abung Barat berada pada kelompok Sekolah Menuju SNP 3, dengan nilai lima standar nasional pendidikan adalah 79,81 (≥ 6,5) dan pencapaian nilai ujian nasional 4,32 (≤ 6,5). Kata Kunci: evaluasi progam, penjaminan mutu pendidikan, CIPP ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF EDUCATION QUALITY ASSURANCE OF CIPP MODEL AT STATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 1 ABUNG BARAT NORTH LAMPUNG By Prasetyo Hidayat The purpose of this research was evaluating the program implementation of quality asurance at state junior high school 1 Abung Barat in 2013/2014 by using model of Context, Input, Process, Product. The research approach was evaluation by qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were principal, vice principal in quality management, vice principal in curriculum. The research result showed aspect of context, program of education quality assurance at state junior high school 1 Abung Barat with the background of providing quality education to the society and increasing school prestige. Input aspect which consists of two components, namely the teachers and educational personnel standard and management standard the average of in standard fulfillment of 86,04% with good criteria. Process aspect which consists of three components, namely standard of content, standard of process and standard of average scoring in standard fulfillment of 75,66% with medium criteria. Standard product aspect was measured of graduates standard fulfillment of 100%, but the achievement of average score of four subjects of national examination dropped from 7,78 to 4,32. Based on grouping of the five national standard of education achievement and the graduate competency standard achievement so state junior high school 1 Abung Barat was in a school group towards SNP 3, by the five national standard of education of 79,81 (≥6,5) and achievement of national examination score of 4,32 (≤6,5) Key word: program evaluation, education quality assurance, CIPP
