Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK WIRAUSAHAWAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN USAHA (Studi Pada Sentra Usaha Industri Keripik di PU Way Halim Kota Bandar Lampung) Oleh Rifly Misal SIddiq Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi berprestasi, orientasi kemasa depan, kepemimpinan, jaringan usaha dan menghadapi perubahan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan usaha para wirausahawan yang ada di PU Way Halim Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 36 wirausahawan keripik yang ada di PU Way Halim Kota Bandar Lampung. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Regresi Linier Berganda dengan alat uji SPSS 20. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji R, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, motivasi berprestasi, orientasi kemasa depan, kepemimpinan, jaringan usaha dan menghadapi perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan usaha. Secara parsial, untuk variabel motivasi berprestasi dan jaringan usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan usaha, untuk variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan usaha, sedangkan variabel orientasi kemasa depan dan menghadapi perubahan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan usaha. Kata kunci: Motivasi berprestasi, orientasi kemasa depan, kepemimpinan, jaringan usaha, menghadapi perubahan dan keberhasilan usaha. ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF ENTREPRENEUR CHARACTERISTICS TOWARDS SUCCESS LEVEL (A Study on Keripik Industry Center at PU Way Halim Bandar Lampung) By Rifly Misal Siddiq The research is aimed to analyze the influence of succeed motivation variable, future orientation, leadership, bussiness networking and facing the changes towards the succed level of bussiness person which run their bissiness at PU Way Halim Bandar Lampung. The research use 36 keripik entrepreneur as the sample. Multiple regression technique is used in analyzing the data and SPSS 20 as the tools. The hypothesis is tested using R, F test and t test. The result of the research indicates succed motivation, future orientation, leadership bussiness networking influence the succed level significantly. Partially succed motivation and bussiness networking influence succed level significantly, leadership variable influence the succed level insignificantly. Future orientation and facing the changes has no influence on succed level and they are also insignificant on succed level.
