Abstrak

ABSTRAK “ PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PENDETA GBKP DI INDONESIA” Oleh Pdt. Rudi Hartono Gurusinga, S. Th Pemimpin merupakan salah satu oknum yang sangat penting dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Pendeta adalah salah pemimpin di tengah - tengah gereja. Kinerja seorang Pendeta akan terlihat dari keadaan jemaat, salah satu indikator kinerja seorang pendeta yaitu terjadinya peningkatan kualitas dan kuant itas jemaat dalam mengikuti kegiatan - kegiatan gereja Kepuasan k erja p endeta merupakan suatu ungkapan sikap dari p endeta terhadap pekerjaan, kompensasi, promosi atas profesinya dan suasana lingkungan kerja yang berk aitan dengan rekan sekerja dan p engawasa n dari pihak pimpinan. M otivasi para p endeta GBKP dalam melaksanakan tugas panggilannya y ang mencakup kebutuhan f isiologis, r asa a man, s osial, h arga d iri, dan a ktualisasi diri. Komitmen organisasi adalah suatu sikap yang menunjukan loyalitas, keyakinan, k etertarikan dan arti dari suatu organisasi bagi seseorang pendeta, sampai ia merasa bahwa ia adalah bagian dari organisasi tersebut. Kinerja pendeta itu berhubungan dengan prilaku pendeta yaitu aktifitas pendeta dalam proses instruksional yang berkaitan de ngan tanggung jawab dan tugas pendeta, yang berhu bungan dengan kualitas kerja, k uantitas kerja, k etepatan waktu, k emandirian dan h ubungan interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1 ) apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja p endeta GBKP di Indonesia 2) apakah m otivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja p endeta GBKP di Indonesia 3 ) apakah k omitmen o rganisasi berpengaruh kinerja p endeta GBKP di Indonesia 4) apakah k epuasan kerja, m otivasi, dan k omitmen o rganisasi berpengaruh terha dap k inerja p endeta GBKP di Indonesia . Sampel diambil sebanyak 82 responden secara porposional dari populasi sebanyak 464. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 20.00 Melalui hasil penelitian maka ditemukanlah bahwa: p engaruh k epuasan k erja, m otivasi k erja dan k omitmen o rganisasi terhadap k inerja p endeta GBKP di Indonesia dapat dilihat melalui fungsi Y = 0,135 X 1 + 0, 56 X 2 + 46, 9 X 3 Pdt. Rudi Hartono Gurusinga, S. Th Kepuasan kerja, m otivasi Kerja, dan k omitmen o rganisasi secara Simultan berpengaruh p ositif terhadap k inerja p endeta GBKP di Indonesia dan kepuasan kerja, m otivasi k erja, dan k omitmen o rganisasi , secara p arsial berpengaruh positif terhadap k inerja p endeta GBKP di Indonesia. Pengawasan dan penilaian pemimpin memberikan kontribusi yang paling besar terhadap kepuasan kerja pendeta GBKP di Indone sia, dengan persentase 51 , 83 %. Kebutuhan a ktualisasi diri para pendeta GBKP di Indonesia sudah terpenuhi dengan kategori sangat baik, dengan persentase 45, 5 3 % . Pemahaman para pendeta GBKP di Indonesia tentang arti o rganisasi sangat baik , dengan persentase 50, 00 %. Kemandirian pendeta dalam bekerja memberikan kontrib usi yang paling besar terhadap k ine rja pendeta GBKP di Indones ia, besar persentase adalah 60, 98 % Dalam tulisan i ni penulis mengharapkan kepada p impinan GBKP , agar lebih memperhatikan kompensasi terhadap pendeta GBKP, kebutuhan para p endeta GBKP di Indonesia yang berhubungan dengan rasa aman, lebih mampu meyakinkan setiap pendeta untuk memiliki keyakinan berkarir di GBKP selama hidupnya dan melakukan pembinaan kepada pendeta GBKP , agar S umber D aya M anusia p endeta lebih meningkat secara khusus dibidang kuantitas k erja . The performance of a pastor will be seen from the state of the church , one of the indicators of the performance of a minister is an increase in the quality and quantity of the congregation in following church activities Job satisfaction pastor is an expression of the attitude of pastor to work , compensation, promotion of the profession and the atmosphere of the working environment associated with co - workers and supervision of the party leadership. Motivation GBKP priest s in performing the task vocation which includes physiological needs, safety, social, esteem, and self - actualization. Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows loyalty, confidence, interest and sense of an organization for one priest, until he fe els that he is part of the organization. Performance pastor is related to the behavior pastor is in the process of instructional activities related to the responsibilities and duties of the pastor, which relate to the quality of work, quantity of work, tim eliness, independence and interpersonal relationships. This study aims to determine 1 ) whether job satisfaction affect the performance GBKP pastor in Indonesia 2 whether the motivation effect on the performance of GBKP pastor in Indonesia 3 whether the effect of organizational commitment in Indonesia GBKP pastor performance 4 ) whether job satisfaction , motivation , and organizational commitment affect the performance GBKP pastors in Indonesia . Samples were taken by 82 respondents porposional of a populati on of 464. The data were analyzed using SPSS version aids 20:00 Through research it was found that : the influence of job satisfaction , motivation and commitment to the organization's performance in Indonesia GBKP pastor can be seen through the function Y = 0, 135 X 1 + 0 , 56 X 2 + 46 , 9 X 3 . Self - actualization needs GBKP pastors in Indonesia has been met with very good categories , with the percentage of 45 , 53 %. GBKP pastors understanding in Indonesia about the meaning of the organization is very good , with a percentage of 50, 00 %.
