Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Implentasi Manajemen Pendidikan di SD Negeri 1 Gisting Bawah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kulaitatif deskriptif yang didasari teori fenomenologi. Informan berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi di lapangan. Teknik analisis data, reduksi data, penyajian data, ferivikasi dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1) manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran di SD Negeri 1 Gisting Bawah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan fungsi manajemen POAC, 2) manajemen peserta didik sudah berjalan dengan baik, 3) manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sudah dilaksanakan baik berdasarkan fungsi manajemen POAC meskipun masih terdapat kendala, 4) manajemen Sarana prasarana masih belum sesuai dengan pengelolaan dimana dimulai dari perencanaan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, pengorganisasian berupa pendistribusian dan kesesuaian sarana prasarana masih ada yang belu memnuhi standar, pelaksanaan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan dengan cara mengecek ata dan perlengkapan dan pengawasan terhadap sarana yang rusak dan memerlukan biaya yang banyak untuk dilakukan perbaikan maka dilakukan penghapusan berdasarkan persyaratan penghapusan, 5) manajemen pembiayaan dikelola secara akuntabilitas dan transparan, 6) manajemen humas yang diwadahi dalam peran komite sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan memberikan dukungan material maupun finansial dan sebagai pengontrol dan mediator, 7) manajemen budaya dan lingkunga berjalan sesuai denga harapan dengan menjalin kerja sama dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan warga sekolah sehingga pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan kondusif dan tertib. Kata kunci : Implementasi, manajemen pendidikan, sekolah dasar Abstract The purposes of this research were to describe and analyze the implementation of educational management at school. The research method was using descriptive qualitative approach that based on the theory of phenomenology. Informant numbered 10 people. Data was gained by interview, documentation study and observation in the field. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The results of this research were 1) curriculum management and learning at state elementary school 1 Gisting Bawah implemented by using management function POAC, 2) management of learners has been running well, 3) management of teachers and educational personnel has been done well based on management function POAC although there are obstacles, 4) management of facilities were not in accordance with the management which is started from planning adjusted to the needs, organizing form of distribution and suitability of facilities that there were not as a standard, implementation was adjusted to the needs and maintenance is done by checking the data and equipment and supervision of damaged facilities and require large amounts of money to repair then the removal by removal requirements, 5) management of financing managed accountability and transparently, 6) management of public relations contained the committee’s role has been running well by providing financial and material support as well as controller and mediator, 7) management of culture and environment in line with expectations by working and maintaining good relationships with the school community so that education can be run with the condition and orderly.
