Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja pada Guru Bersertifikasi SMP Negeri dan Swasta Kecamatan Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung yang dibatasi pada variabel bebas Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Pengawasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey dengan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan cara proportionate stratified random sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengujian hipotesis dianalisis dengan menggunakan unit analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Obyek dalam penelitian adalah guru yang telah bersertifikasi dengan populasi sebesar 103 guru dan sampel 82 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihitung mengunakan rumus stasistik diperoleh: (1). Ada Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja, diperoleh t hitung 6,621 > t tabel 1,990, koefisien korelasi (r) 0,528 dan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,278. (2). Ada Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja, diperoleh t hitung 3,978 > t tabel 1,990, koefisien korelasi (r) 0,507 dan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,257. (3). Ada Pengaruh Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja, diperoleh t hitung 3,836 > t tabel 1,990, koefisien korelasi (r) 0,496 dan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,246. (4). Ada Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi dan Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja, diperoleh F hitung 26,129 > F tabel 2,900 yang ditunjukkan oleh regresi linier multiple diperoleh (R) 0,522 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,273.
