However, elementary school students still have weakness in vocabulary such as lack of vocabulary and lack of understanding of the meaning. One way to overcome this problem is through flashcard, because flashcard encourages students to expand their vocabularies in mastering pronunciation and the meaning of the word. The objective of this research was to find out whether flashcard technique can V B of the fifth year of Madrasah Bandar Lampung is used as sample of this research and to collect the data the researcher used one group pretest posttest design.
